yoyudax: no need to try and figure out why my action points were not working...I fixed it myself. For some reason or other they do not work if in settings I have all 3 of the boxes for show banner ads checked...that is weird.

All of a sudden I have stopped getinng action points. I have my banner ads truned on.

Normally two days would not bother me. It is just that I am consumed with accumulating action points as is or was this particular opponent. I have several games with slow players and will continue to make moves at their pace.

It is my own fault...clicked the wrong button and couldn't understand why the game was still there so instead of thinking about it for a moment I opened the other game and did the ssme thing again. I will send Fencer a message and hopefully he will be able to help me tomorrow. By then my opponent might have shown up....lol.

I am playing two "no time limit" games with the same opponent. He has not made a move for two days so this morning I decided to resign from the games. Unfortuantely I clicked the offer a draw button by mistake. Since this person is not online there will be no response and my games are now stuck in limbo. Is there anyway to resign these games or withdraw the offer of a draw?

No accusations intended. I stand corrected you were talking about a loophole in the discussion boards points. Someone said and I can't remember who it was, that they had found a loophole and were going to use it to prove their point but would not be accepting the prize if they won. My mistake I thought it was you who had said that.

whst I find unfair are the pawns with 300, 400 etc games...it is very difficult for a pawn with only 20 allotted games to compete

MAX MAXIMUS: I don't see it as cheating ...I know people who have turned over their id to a freind while on vacation...and I know people who share an id ...one playes one type of game and the other another...this is just taking that concept to the extreme

MAX MAXIMUS: could be more than one person playing the games..sharing an id...that way you could easily play around the clock

What have you guys been up to ...I go away for a few hours and 73 new posts...lol.. Personally I think you are all taking this way too seriously. Fencer had his reasons for doing this and he offered prizes as an insentive. If someone bothers to refer a friend but needs a prize to get them to do it...so be it. If someone wants to take the time to read boards they would never otherwise read or open up board windows every hour ...that is their business. I think Fencer is probably spending more time dealing with the people who would like this action fine tuned than he is with the action itself. Now thats my 2 cents worth...lol.
