That to me is the same as someone coming on here announcing any other type of animal abuse. The person is at fault for that, its cruel, so that is part of the persons character! I did a quick google search and National Geographic said pretty much the same thing. Here's that story about the Maryland woman fighting the State over custody of her monkey. story here The lady was just on Fox news and said they were prepared to go to the highest court over this! The pictures they showed we're kinda cute. The monkey has it's own special room and she does give it lots of attention. But that is not representative of what normally goes on with keeping monkeys as pets. Most people find that the monkeys are difficult to keep as pets after they reach sexual maturity. They often become agressive as they try to assert their dominance.
