rod03801: The one mentioned below was the only one I finished today. Looking back through my event messages, it looks like the last time I won a Froglet game of any type was November 24th (and I did have blue frogs).

lizrising: Yeah, looks like a bug. You lost, but you did indeed not jump any blue frogs. Did you maybe finish another game right at around the same time, and that achievement was for that one?

I just got the Against a Bluescreen achievement, but I don't think I should have. I got the notice after I finished this game: Anti Froglet (lizrising vs. elio80) This is an Anti Froglet game that I lost. I checked all the Froglet and Sphere Froglet games that I have won (it's not that many) and I have never won without jumping a blue frog.

Maybe it's a bit stupid, but how about an achievement (or a group of them), for getting, 100 achievement points, 500; 1000; etc

furbster: Looks like you have!  Perhaps there's a bit of a delay between you earning it and the system recognising it - maybe it checks once a day?

I know this is not exactly a ranking table, but shouldn't the players that have been removed by a certain time period be removed from the achievements list?

Spies in the back row.

Fencer: actually i think it may be my mistake. the achievement is for sappers to be in teh back row not the spys. curoius though is that sappers generally are in the back row. and spys are normally in the front row so this acheivement is not very difficult. the achievement should have read "if you win a game with all of your spies in the back row" you gain the for mentioned achievement" Maybe that can be added as an achievement.

Fencer: I know it does not count when a player times-out (I've been through that situation on a massacre chess game where I did not capture any queen in the first eight moves, and it seemed that I was going to win, but my opponent timed-out so no achievement), so probably on a resigned game it's the same, since both games ended up unnaturally
As for the "counting" of achievements (although it is not exactly an achievement problem), the system keeps mis-counting the won team tournaments (once a bug has been posted by pauloaguia, because the fellowship Tugas had won a tournament ,but still showed 0 victories, and we have won two tournaments (one of camelot Jan 2009 Coulrophobia (Camelot) - and one of portuguese checkes Hogfather, but only one of them was creditted to us. As a consequence this one does not count for the "won team tournaments achievement"

Fencer: Not a major problem, but i didn't get the achievement last week for winning 5 rounds at the same table in a row in poker.

Nothingness: Nobody says that the achievement system is bug-free. It can happen sometimes, I'll look at it.

Regarding your Espionage game, I am not sure if the system acknowledged an achievement in case of resigned game. You know, I made it a long time ago and don't remember all details.

how long does it take for the achievements to show up. two of my acheivements still have not shown up. one hasnt registered in a few weeks and the other i did just today and still has not shown up. the 10/10 tourney achievment still is highlighted dark and the all spies in the back row is still reads 0/1. neither have i gotten credit for. what is wrong?

Well, here's my 10000th completed BrainKing match. Most of them normal games of course, but why is there no completed games achievement? Statistic page say I have completed 10000 BrainKing games... why not granding achievement points for finishing 1000, 5000, 10000, 20000, 50000, 100000 BK-games?

How about the achievement.
Math Master
Winning the Knight Fight game after both players picked every single number of the board.

How about "make your opponent pass, in a hyper backgammon game"?

And, here's another one: my current tournament achievements show that I have 10/10 won tournaments for the "25 won tournaments of 10 game types" when shouldn't it say 10/25? However, I actually have more than 10, similar to Aaru.

And another one: Why would it say 7/10 for the "10 won tournaments of 50 game types?" If I have at least 10 game types in which I have won 25 or more tournaments (more than 10 game types, actually), how is it possible that I have only 7 game types in which I have only won 10 tournaments? and FYI, I am well beyond 7 game types for which I've won 10 public tourneys.

cd power: What "many bugs"? I am aware only of this one.

aaru: There are many bugs with the achievements, as I have mentioned in several posts back in May. I have given up and hope it will be fixed for BK Version 3.

Place all spies to the last line (most distant from the enemy) and win the game.

How about an achievement for forcing a smothered mate like this: Capablanca Random Schaken (joshi tm - El Cid) ?

maybe its nice to have achievements in ludo like gammon and backgammon ?

- win a game of ludo while your opponent has still all its pieces in its base
- win a game of ludo while your opponent has still at least a piece in its base
- win a game of ludo while your opponent has no pieces in its home yet
- win a game of ludo while your opponent has not been on the board at all

and maybe some achievements with a certain number of passes or a certain number of captures, in 1 game or in total, or directly after another (in a row)
