题目: Clarification Please

If a BrainPawn is in a running tournament, has finished all their games in their section, and statistically cannot advance to the next round, can they join a new tournament or must they wait for the tournament to finish despite the fact they can no longer play?

Better system will be implemented in the future.
Meanwhile, if it is absolutely clear that the pawn won't advance to the second round and his section is not finished yet, he can contact me and I will mark him as "eliminated" of the tournament, so he'll be able so sign up for another one.

What about Knights who have completed a tournament and want to join another tournament of the same type, but must wait for other slow players to finish?

yes i wonder that, in 1 tournament i am in i can not win it ,as a knight can i enter anouther tournament of the same game type ?
