Only ONE Team has 6 players at the moment, so there are plenty of choices of Fellowships to represent.

Of course, the Fellowship MUST have 6 players to enter the Tournament, so do not pick one of the less active or smaller Fellowships

I thank everyone who offers a prize for a tournament.
But me, I won’t join a tournament without vacation, as I go on holidays at least once in a year, and I don't play on Brainking during holidays (often no internet or else no time). If I join a tournament without vacation, then I’m sure to lose games at some point.
I think it makes more sense to reduce the time : 1 day for one move rather than 3 days, for example.
But this is just my opinion and anyway thank you to those who offer a prize whatever their choice of time.

Clandestine 1: 9 point w/cube backgammon prize tournament

Clandestine 1: I've worked it out with fencer. It can get split up among the team, I just need to send him the link when the tournament ends with instructions. Coan and I did so in the past with a team backgammon tournament..

we have several members who has mention a prize donation, including Rodney so for now we just need to plan what games, and we also are concerned about the time or length of the tournament. A Nackgammon 9 point will take several years, and I doubt anyone will want "no time off" but if your donating a prize, run it as you wish. Rodney, Ian and myself are just waiting for suggestions.

We could also offer several prize memberships in one tournament. Plus, Ive already spoke to fencer about a xmas pond tournament and that would end by the end of the year if played 2 day limit and we start it soon.

Ian, do you still want to keep the DEC gammon a 4 man team if we make it a prize tournament? Or shall we just fit in a separate xmas prize for the teams? I think using the betting cube with a backgammon would be nice. Maybe ask all the Bosses of the fellowships for input? Maybe the team captain can decide what to do with their 1 year rook membership.

beach: 9600 brains (prior to the cheating) would of cost 448 euros, or $520 USD. If you remember the rate was 6 euro for 150 brains, and shortly after fencer raised it to 7. But the reason he discontinued it wasn't for cheating. It was a feud with PayPal. The cheating came later on, and some of us still have those legal brains. The ones we bought. So fencer can still tell and still excepts memberships with brains, just very few.

Marshmud:  fencer changed it awhile ago because of the cheating, you cannot buy brains or purchase any membership with them, they are basically useless now that is why you can play in the tournaments requiring brains without having any now because they are meaningless

rod03801: Brains use to cost 7 euro per 150 brains. So since fencer shut it down due to paypal trying to imply brainking was a gambling site, and paypal is always right, your wrong so he just ended it. Recently some has figured out how to just get as many brains you want just as Smiler said. So Fencer doesn't honor those brains unless they are credit from the past. You cant use brains acquired that way. The brain purchase for membership is not automatic and fencer has to approve.

rod03801: You sign up for Brains fee tournaments then remove yourself and you get Brains given to you. In some cases some players have no Brains and that is how they acquire some without having to play any games.

Clandestine 1: i thought so too - but I’m often confused with the many variants of checkers, so I tried it - and it worked…

Tutagil: Maybe it takes longer if it was purchased with "Brains" ? I wasn't even sure that was still even an acceptable way to pay for membership. There are rumors of people who cheat to get more "brains", but I don't know exactly how that happens.

Need some help understanding the rules for Parachute Checkers. I’m not checkers player but I believe the rules say that a promoted piece must jump,  although the rules are very difficult to decipher. 

Bernice: I believe he is saying he bought Black Rook on the evening of Oct 19, and he is wondering when he willl see evidence of this transaction

Aganju: Ouch. Bad enough when a engineer working in the line boxes dislodges our connection by mistake. Happened a few times, easier to fix though

I lost some games on timeout because the whole town lost its internet connection for two days! Someone dug through the cable, and everything was out - including the cell phone towers.
Thank god it's back now.

OK...now it is the 16th for me and I see my payment has not been put against my name....it still says 15th July 2021...im unable to sign up for tournaments....This site is quick enough to tell you the money is due...Please fix this or give me a refund.

FYI cost of my MMO, far less then Brain King. Though as the MMO has links to another game in it's portfolio. I can earn membership and other stuff.

Or when had to reinstall Windows on my PC, and found the file system had been changed as part of the previous installation. Had to reset the file system to install windows, so it could then set it to another file system.

SSD's being different to HDD's, so never heard of the problem as first exp of SSD type drives. Youtuber did know, written down procedure ;)
