Sadly, that is now gone. All it takes is for them to trust you enough to send you the money. There are people who I used to pay accounts for until they finally got old enough to have a credit card and a PayPal account. I have a friend who i made a Bishop for a while to see if he liked it here. He did and wanted to get a life membership ( Black Rook ), but has no PayPal account and a wire transfer will cost a fortune on top. He has asked for help from Fencer and although Fencer did reply, he has got know where. So sadly now him and his friends (who have the same problem) are now leaving BrainKing. Myself and harley created Customer Service years ago for this or anything to sort problems out and answer questions, to help people, this seems to have all but vanished along with Customer Service. This is not a dig a Globs, but at everything this site is becoming. I love this place and have done since i joined over 5 years ago. In those days you could post on boards and get a friendly answer in minutes. These days you are lucky to get and answer, and if you do it is not exactly helpful or understanding. As has proved AGAIN over the last few days, an argument starts. It comes to something when we can not even help others sort problems out. I thought getting members and therefore generating income would be of vital importance to running a site like this. My games are loading fast tonight, I had it on Firefox and my Ludo games only took one sec. to load all the way, I switched to IE. and the ludo games took four seconds each time. Jim Dandy: If Fencer raised the annual price of a Rook by 10% even..two or three times over the next ten years..then the Black Rook would prove to be a good long term investment. I'm not thrilled by his lack of replies etc. but if he were truly money hungry it wouldn't be so hard to buy memberships for my friends. I don't like PayPal, he won't take hardly anything else, no credit cards, no checks and no place to mail cash. If I ran the site I would have 100 ways to pay, in every currancy, I would accept watches and jewlery, stamps, coins, old tv sets and have P.O. Boxes in every major city. He is impatient (or worse) when he thinks things are not his fault and the members are impatient (or worse) when they think it is. When you play on 4 or 5 sites and only BK is having problems it is a hard sell to convince people it is their browsers fault. On Gold Token there were dozens of people with a dozen different complaints all at once and it turned out that there was only one root cause. I've seen his 'type" many times, my last boss in Sweden was very good in his profession but he could ask anyone to "go to h" if he was in that mood. His carreer ended in 2 bancrupcies :) I've tried to tell Fencer many times but then someone "pops up" and tell me to stop moaning :) I do like Brain King but im worried that it wont last too long. Only a question who gets tired first, Fencer or his customers..

That doesnt tell me that there is a slow connection from Czech to USA. Fencer needs to try every possible solution even if it costs money or he is digging Brain King's grave...thats no moaning..thats the truth.
