I would suggest the easiest solution is to send Fencer the key and he can then send it to the winner and therefore your tournament can officially start as a "Prize Tournament" That way everyone would be happy. 4. Pawns are only allowed one tournament game at a time (can't play in two tournaments or even two different games within the same tournament). If you want to have an all rooks tourney, that's fine. I'm glad you asked  A Raingutter Regatta is a boat race using small hand-built boats with sails. The boats are placed in a raingutter and the competitors act as the wind source by blowing the boat from one end of the gutter to the other  Here are some real life pictures of a Raingutter Regatta event.
The Campfire, a brand new fellowship, is holding it's first tournament, Raingutter Regatta #1. Since it's difficult to get us all together on such short notice (much less taking time to build all those little boats), we are simply including all BrainKing naval tactics games in our tournament. i couldnt join some tournaments because my bkr was either too high or too low i am not sure though if thats just at the moment when i sign up .. or also when the tournament actually starts what happens if a players raises above (or drops below) the set bkr limits during the tournament ? should the player be removed as well ? ;) 28. If a player is normally just under 1500 and happens to win three games in a row right before the tournament, an automatic system would knock him out even though he may be back under 1500 after three more games. 27. April 2005, 23:35:51  I know for any of my "tournament for dummies" for players rated 1500 or below, about a day or so before the tournament starts, I actually go through manually and kick out anyone who is way above 1500. (If someone now has 1525 or something close I usually let them stay - but if it's like 1700, then they are gone.)
But even then, some are unrated and even within hours of it starting they can shot from unrated to 2100. 27. However if that tournament starts weeks later, and that player has moved to 2000, they will still be included. It's up to the creator of the tournament to remove anyone from the tournament before it starts if they are over 1500.
