An example for "drag and drop" is the new ICCF-server :http://www.iccf-webchess.com , click on "tables and result", click on one of the tournements,click on one game... 16. In general, it is possible, of course. Either with DHTML or (what I prefer) Java applet. However, no such option works with WebTV, as far as I know. Moreover, although it's quite easy for chess, it could be very difficult for other game types where more than one move is allowed per turn. 16. Either you did or the moderators dont know what each other are doing. One was saying a moment ago they all had to be approved, so I pointed out it said we could post again.
