I am a member of the espionage league and we are currently going to be having a new player tournament and each member of the espionage league is going to be tutoring a new player. If there is any interest please go to the espionage page or message me your interest in entering the tournament. or if you want me to mentor you specifically let me know. Each player will have 1 mentor and i would only be able to mentor one player. There will also be a prize of a 1 year rook prize for the winner.

The section system is the same as for round robin tournaments - everybody plays one game with every other player of the same section - but the backgammon scoring rules are used to determine the number of points to the game winners:

* 0 points for a loss
* 1 point for a normal win
* 3 points for a gammon win
* 5 points for a backgammon win

MadMonkey: I'm surprised we were able to get at least 4... with only 33 current games being played of that game type, it's not that popular - so it is GREAT to see enough to play in the site team tournament.
