not everyone who plays during vacation days are out to mess with things...

one of the reasons I joined this site was the vacation days feature... I travel a few times a year to visit my kids and when I do, I set my vacation days so I don't have to worry about making my moves while out there playing with my grandson .. but there are times when I do have time and get a chance to get online and catch up on my games .. I've stopped playing tournaments at iyt because of it's not having this feature ... seems the days i traveled .. I always timed out.. so please Fencer .. don't change this ... vacation days are just that for whatever reason you use them... not everyone uses them to extend play

my vote is forget the spy games.. and bring back the bkr table... :)

resignation isn't the only reason to double... i see no reason for a doubling cube unless you're going to have multiple point matches... that is all part of the game of backgammon... you have so many variations of other games.. its too bad we don't have the element to play this one properly...

if you understand what I mean Viking.. then why tear apart my suggestion of this as a new feature..???....

not a multiple game match... but a multiple point match... there is so much more strategy involved when using the cube.... you don't know what you are missing... on iyt that doubling cube doesn't mean a thing... try playing with it at dailygammon... or some such site where it is really implemented...

I see now what may perhaps be the problem with a doubling cube now... the point system 1 for a win.. 1/2 for a draw 0 for a loss... in the current setup for multiple point matches... I'm not a programmer so i don't know all that's involved to make it so it would work with a doubling cube... .. oh well.... Still a Great Site!!...

Fencer ...is there anyway now.. that since we now have a Move to next game... Is there anyway to have the Move and Go to box .. sorted by time left rather than last time a player moves... ??.. would save one click and waiting for that main page to load... thanks for all you do.. :)

Dmitri that is only one person... perhaps their rating may not go down.. but yours can go up... Invite the #3 person... I'm sure if you win your's will climb much more than his by conning some poor soul into playing... soon others will catch on and refuse invites by him/her until he sees the light.. ..

Is there any thought to a "top" player's life or schedule.... perhaps they don't have time to play all challengers... ... why don't people get to be a "top" player themselves by winning games on their own accord???...

Along those same lines... It would be very helpful on the profile page where it lists all the tournaments that you have joined.. to have something there to denote which ones you are still an active player... thanks Fencer for all you do... you have a great site here ...
