coan.net: I just downloaded Safari. It is almost the same as Advant which I used on my laptop to play here. I like both. I am not really keen on FireFox and only used it because I simple cannot get on Brainking via Explorer. And I cannot read anything on the boards on my desktop on Advant . Advant works fine on the laptop though.

wetware: Ah I see. I have never come across it greyed out that must be what TigerCat means.

TigerCat: That is how I get it too. Or I right click on a space in the the blue bar where it shows what programs are running at the bottom or top of your screen.

TigerCat: I dont use IE 7 but I would not have thought Dell needed to do it. Can you just not right click on your menue at the bottom and open it?

MagicDragon: I just did you what you said. Went to my pics, I choose one and sent it to my photo editor, cropped it and save it as jpg and email it to myself. I got the attachment at the bottom and clicked on view and it opened with the cropped pic. I can,t understand why it is not working for you sorry.

I get a page not found at times too and unknown url message. I call it being booted off when it happens constantly. This is the only site it happens on. Maybe it is trying to tell me something lmbo!

rod03801: You have probably tried this but just in case, go to start then run then type in MSCONFIG click ok this opens a box, look for startup in the menue at the top click on that then look for msmsgs, if that box is checked uncheck it, that is how I stopped mine starting up each time. It says msn but mine is windows too. If it don,t work the first time do it a few times and let the pc reboot.

All I had to do was click on browser options then web then clear URLS. So simple after me messing about with settings and clean up for two weeks lol! Oh well! Live and learn!

No I am not having any luck. I am trying to clear the history in the drop down address bar some other way than clicking tools internet options then clear history, because it won,t let me do that as the clear history button is greyed out.

Just lately I have been getting a few e-mails with the header like this, I will used my own addy as an example,
From mousetrap@yahoo ect to mousetrap@yahoo ect.
When I pull down show full headers it says

Unless I have been sleep e-mailing in the night I have not sent these e-mails to myself, does anyone know how this could be happening?
