Subject: how many games is too many?
...at what point does a player have too many 'started games' going that one loses the joy of the game playing experience? ...I know many are happy with as few as 4-5 games, and yet others prefer 100-150... but could someone explain the joy of 2700+ ...at this point it would seem to be a full time job, not fun and games...
...not to single anyone out, but the player's games I refer to has only hrs to make several hundred moves... seems they would have to be here around the clock for months on end...
...to each their own I suppose, but I find it hard to fathom the joys of such a task... maybe someon could enlighten me on this subject....
...as always, thanx and happy gaming! :o)

Walter Montego: yes the right program works for you... not for aNYONE ELSE....WHAT is needed here is the program to work for all.... you want what you want, we too want it but to work for all.

Fencer: That's true, but I'll be glad when the message box is off my Main Page. For me, a short line is good enough to explain what's happening with the clock and time outs.

King Reza: People used to ask me what the "game time is suspended" line means. I don't want to explain it to every single person anymore, that's why I make the message more descriptive.

Walter Montego: It is more a rare situation than a regular one. Just be patient for several more hours. Not a big issue.

BIG BAD WOLF: I too like the whole statement of time off and time to be on, keeps me from clicking to get the finish that may only be 3 words

BIG BAD WOLF: I also like being told about it. I've read it and wouldn't mind just seeing a little reminder near the top of the page. If I want the whole message, I wouldn't click it.

Actually I love that it now tells you when it will be turned back on. I'm not sure why 3 extra lines for about 24 hours would be a problem.

Fencer: How about having a remove button for this message? Except that when it is clicked the information about when the clock will start running again is put to the right of our handles just to the left of the flags at the top of the page? Placed there it won't take any space that's used and it will be easy to keep track of. Just have the time for the clock re-starting without all the other text in that place after someone clicks the initial message.
