I disagree, they are open to the public making them public boards. But they still have rules to them, and by coming and playing on this site you agree to follow the rules of the site as per the user agreement.

No the real issue here is that this is Fencers site to run how he choses. People are aloowed to post anything as long as it is within the rules of the site. You choose to not accept this fact.

I'm getting this when i hit the refresh button.

Internet explorer cannot open the internet site http://www.brainking.com/game/gamelist.
The server returned an invalid or unrecognized response.

Easy solution, think hard. If you know you lost a game resign it, if your not sure ask your opponent, if neither are sure play through. A good sportsman would not take advantage of the situation by trying to win a game they already lost. I have resigned numerous games that i know i lost, big deal there just games. Instead of going on and on about it just figure it out. Fencer has a few more important things to deal with and we should just be glad we have the chance to play or resign games at all.

Buckwheat you can always go somewhere else and play. There will probably be a lot more problems before they get all the bugs worked out of the system. Thats expected with a new site trying to please everyone. Give Fencer the time and support he needs to make this the best site. Or keep complaining and watch him say it isn't worth it and shut it down completely.
