Some one could explain what is really "Access code"?

I have just reset this and it seems nothing new after I log out and restarts Brainking.
Is that really useful?

I didn't found a single clue about "action points" in Help or FAQ. I am curious to learn what are they.
This option is in "Settings --> General", near the bottom of the page.
