Subject: cnat capture....

i have a clean capture with my commmander tank against a regular tank that is in my blue area but the computer wont let me take the piece... why?

Subject: how to win

IS IT GAME OVER IF AT ANY TIME YOU OCCUPY THE ENEMY MAIN CRICLE in there base? regardless of the amount of pieces remaining on the board?
