Just curious, Zuggie. What do you suppose happens when two paid members play? That could throw a spanner in the works.
And you've won loads of gammon games, your rating is way higher than mine. I really don't see how you come to that conclusion.

That is the silliest thing I've ever heard Zuggie. You have whined about this before on another discussion board.
It's very paranoid of you.
If you truely believe that silliness, WHY bother playing here?

does anybody that's answered here know where the dice are generated from and who's in control of that part of the site...is it in a vault or locked box so there's no tampering...????....i'll bet it sits right next to some fatass in his recliner along with a bowl of popcorn and he gets a big giggle and a jerk out of what he gives for dice to non-payers and then all you people stick up for him....maybe we should give bin laden a medal for his bravery in causing the towers to collaspe too....or maybe that was my imagination too...maybe all those people just went for a big joyride into the towers..if the dice generators not in a locked vault of some kind where nobody can get to it then it's near busy hands that have favorites they like to win.....or maybe just unfavorites they like to see lose..

Thats not true at all, zuggie. I play backgammon and the variants a lot and I lose just as much as I win.

i'm on webtv so all that crap is moot to me...i know the dice change and i know paying players get better dice. i guess when your the one getting the good dice it blinds you to what your opponets getting....or maybe you know but don't want the secret to get out....the dice are fixed here for paying players!

I sent zuggie a personal message, but I'll share in here also.

When I first joined this site, I would have 5-6 different windows up, each with a different type of game (Backgammon, nackgammon, etc...) - And I seen where the dice images loaded wrong all the time. (Since all the game games looked at the same parameter or something - Fencer could explain). The solution I found that works is to only have 1 gammon game up at a time - and since then I have not see the dice "change" on me at all.

I know at one time Fencer said he could fix the problem, but I'm not sure if he ever did....

I have signed up for a tournament. The last day to do so was supposed to be Nov.the 15th. When will this actually begin? It states a minimum of 10 players, and 13 have signed on. Oh yeah... Its the battleboats prize tournament "swimmers on your marks" created by ?danoczek?

For a newer person,Fencer,it may take a little figuring out.I know it did me.If he/she clicks on the type tournament(ie chess) in his completed game list,he/she can then choose the tournament from one of his/her completed games to check the progress or who won. This is of course assuming the tournament is complete, and no longer on his/her running tournament list. unless theres an easier way?

When the last game is over so is the billboard.
I would like to have a note or something on how I did.
