Necromancer, just click on Tournaments on the left side. then just scroll down tell you find the kind of tourney you want to play in. But as a pawn member you can only play in 1 tourney at a time...
Subject: Zuggie dear.. I know exactly what the prob is..
I was once a web tv user.. and was having so many problems as well.. When I bought a new box.. it seemed to go away.. I don't exactly know the techincal term.. but, it has something to do with the users digits!!
I'm new to this board...but NOT new to the accusations of "winning because I am a member". My hubby's comment (who is also a member) to this is he looses all the time lol! : ) We think it would take a VERY gifted programer to work it out so that only members win! Geez!!!! In gammon games it's always a little luck and the roll of the dice...good luck to all! And stop whining if you lose a game!!
Subject: The bwildman KM Gothic Chess#1 Christmas Bash
In honor of the KM fellowship's "adopt a pawn" program, the winner recieves a 1 year rook membership to BrainKing.com.If the winner is already a paid member, they may sponser a pawn,to become a member.Have fun,and pawns please remember to leave enough openings for the tournament. :)
Just curious, Zuggie. What do you suppose happens when two paid members play? That could throw a spanner in the works.
And you've won loads of gammon games, your rating is way higher than mine. I really don't see how you come to that conclusion.
That is the silliest thing I've ever heard Zuggie. You have whined about this before on another discussion board.
It's very paranoid of you.
If you truely believe that silliness, WHY bother playing here?
does anybody that's answered here know where the dice are generated from and who's in control of that part of the site...is it in a vault or locked box so there's no tampering...????....i'll bet it sits right next to some fatass in his recliner along with a bowl of popcorn and he gets a big giggle and a jerk out of what he gives for dice to non-payers and then all you people stick up for him....maybe we should give bin laden a medal for his bravery in causing the towers to collaspe too....or maybe that was my imagination too...maybe all those people just went for a big joyride into the towers..if the dice generators not in a locked vault of some kind where nobody can get to it then it's near busy hands that have favorites they like to win.....or maybe just unfavorites they like to see lose..
Zug i dont play the game much, dont care about the dice and I gotta tell you if you honestly believe paying members get better dice well then you are , er , ah... sadly mistaken for a nicer way of putting it
i'm on webtv so all that crap is moot to me...i know the dice change and i know paying players get better dice. i guess when your the one getting the good dice it blinds you to what your opponets getting....or maybe you know but don't want the secret to get out....the dice are fixed here for paying players!
I sent zuggie a personal message, but I'll share in here also.
When I first joined this site, I would have 5-6 different windows up, each with a different type of game (Backgammon, nackgammon, etc...) - And I seen where the dice images loaded wrong all the time. (Since all the game games looked at the same parameter or something - Fencer could explain). The solution I found that works is to only have 1 gammon game up at a time - and since then I have not see the dice "change" on me at all.
I know at one time Fencer said he could fix the problem, but I'm not sure if he ever did....
Of course members pay to have the dice roll in their favour! just one added bonus to being a member! (Where do people come up with this stuff???) LMAO!

Oh.. I didn't realize there were unfinished games, I thought when 2 players are marked with yellow that means those 2 will advance. Thanks for the info.

How can that be done when Dano cant come here any more to supply the prize??
My friend Steve R KM told me to say that if Dano isnt back by the end of tournament, then he will supply the prize membership, unless he is removed by then too. (he cant post to this board) But someone will have to let him know :o)
