The Plente o' Pente Keryo team, Keryo Killers, has officially begun domination of the Keryo planet.

We welcome all practice sessions against any Junior Varsity teams, and pledge to only click left-handedly.

I agree with Pioneer - there are a bunch of different variations on a few main game types here. There should just be 7 new filters, one for each group already defined on the New Game page.

That should be easy, right Fencer? Maybe even an 8th one just for Pente variations???? Just kidding... kinda...

Thad: That's an excellent point, Thad - it really is meaningless.

If the win/loss is the same, just play the tiebreaker round. How is that not the fairest way?

For beating me out in a hard fought final round 3-2, to take the last remaining tourney championship in My Stinking Brother's Pente Tourney (aka Pente and more Pente - and then some more) , thus stopping my quest to win at least half the variations....

Awesome match, redsales, kudos.

And maybe we all can agree we don't have the answer?

Thad: No offense Thad, but the rules at IYT state there can be ties for sections, but:
"When all games in all sections are completed, the players who scored highest in their sections advance to the next round, where they are placed in new sections. The process repeats until there is a single champion for each game type within a tournament."

There was a Keryo tourney I saw there went 10 rounds, the last 6 or 7 or which were between just 3 guys, but a winner finally emerged. Ask "Steve (who sometimes waits until round 10 to lose)"

Anyway, who cares, that's IYT - I agree with your point though, ties suck - maybe Fencer could allow an option (like time limit options) to set whether a tourney can end in a tie or not?
