Sally leans against the post, scowling as she watches the popular girls get out of the cars. They were giggling and laughing like children. Those girls were the only thing that might stand in her way tonight. Luckily she had a plan for them.

Sheriff Bigones sat at the table, newspaper clippings, magazine articles & books spread all around in front of him. He swiveled in the chair and began perusing through the microfeish records again. The Ranch had to hire 10 new men again this year, he had to get to the bottom of these mysterious disapperances this year.

The Air smelled of Cherry Blossoms and Fresh Mowed grass. Sally took a long leisurely breath, relishing the rebirth of spring. Her thoughts were on this evening. Tonight was the Annual Spring Hoedown. There would be lots of new cowboys from the ranch attending. maybe this year she would find the right one.
