Nevertheless I agree that he should try changing browsers to see if it is a firefox problem with this site, or if all browsers he tries he still has the problem. Either way though he will learn something I suppose. I also suggest going through the usual laundry list of things to do, like cleaning his cache, rebooting his computer, doing a quick virus scan, and when he has time he should do a full virus scan (which should be a daily thing anyway regardless). Every now and then I get the "slow loading page" problem at the same time that others get it. Changing browsers etc. doesn't help that problem though. 23.
