I wonder what psychic they got? goddess answers the door and motions
for Raven to have a seat in the living room. Chief is passing around a
tray with drinks and yummy looking snacks. In the Diningroom, Raven can see, a
large round table has been set up. a low hanging light is positioned over the
center of the table and there are chairs all around the table. There are
candles in muted colors lit all around the room and sitting next to one chair is a
large leather and brass trunk with a shiney gold lock holding the lid in place.......

Cathy stood quietly, letting her hand move to her back pocket of her jeans..
OMG! she thought, could it be my unicorn he is after? She again turns to walk
out, only stopped again with another crash of lightening..

Not knowing what to do she steps back in the room. Madame Cucumber motions
for her to return to her seat.. Shakingly she abides.

Talk about suspicious events. I was walking down the hall before and i heard
strange noises coming from one of the rooms. Naturally i assumed it was chief
and goddess's room (they are always at it) I went downstairs for a few
minutes and when i got back the room had disappeared! now that is strange. Cathy do
you have any idea what the room looked like? do you know why anyone would be
after you? Did you bring something valuable back from your road trip that they
might have been after? Raven orders another martini and a round of drinks
for the table.....

Subject: Just brought my smile.. and a small suitcase.. OH!! and I
brought my silver unicorn.. it is my goodluck charm.. I don't know why I was the target.. perhaps I was used
as a warning.. I don't know.. but, as far as the room.. well.. it was pitch
black.. I don't even think there was a window.. I thought for sure I had been in
there for hours.. actually I thought it had been at least a day.. when I left the
pool.. I was going to go up and get ready for the bbq.. which now.. I see I
didn't miss.. so odd it is.. it's as if time stood still.. or just didn't even pass..
Anyway.. the only thing I saw.. was a tall figure.. wearing a hood.. he came up
from behind me.. and grabbed me.. breaking the string off my bikini top..
wrapped his cloak around me.. and carried me off.. I didn't even see where I was
going!!.. There was a faint smell though to him.. similar to smoke.. as if he had
been around a fire or something.. Hmmm?? he tied me up with rope.. and I was
left sitting on the floor.. I only remember someone entering the doorway one
time.. other than at the end.. when that STudd Muffin came in to rescue me.. I
just wanted to make sure to warn everyone cause.. I don't think it was just
me.. he was after.. I think he was doing it as a warning.. simply because..
noone was really guarding the room..

Looking around the table Cathy sees the concerned looks of all her friends.. concerned.. yet looks of caution
and uneasiness..

Well.. I am hungry.. I think I will go up to the buffet.. would anyone else care to join me in line?

carefully to see if his target has boarded the ride. Suddenly to the far side of
the coaster, he hears a piercing scream and yelling. What is happening?  Dang,
someone has noticed the first wire snapping and is warning people not to ride
the coaster! the plan foiled, the stranger disappears into the night to begin
preparations on plan B.
He thinks to himself he still has phase I to deal with. off to the hotel to see how the hostage is doing....

Raven walks past a door and she hears a strange grunting sound coming from within. She notices that the room number is
666. with a shy smile she wonders to herself what they are doing in that room. She is concerned that Cathy has not returned to the BBQ. Deciding to check on her, Raven turns to go to the elevator that will take her to Cathy's room to see what is keeping her. As she turns to there is a loud crash in room 666. concerned that someone may be hurt, she boards the elevator and goes to the lobby to report the crash.
At the front desk, Raven tells the clerk of the noises she hears from the room. The clerk returns a blank stare to Raven. "Miss"
the clerk says "We have no room 666 in this hotel".....

at the wall spoting the clock.. she quickly realizes that the amusement park
would have closed just mins before.. and decides to patiently wait for her
arrival.. as she starts to take a seat.. her chair is slipped out for her.. by a set of

another shadowy figure moves slowly as not to draw attention to himself. He is holding a medium sized
black bag in his hand. Reaching his destination, he takes one last look around
to make sure he is not being watched then he slips quickly into the small wooden
door under the roller coaster ride. Reaching into the bag he removes the
small flashlight. making his way to the center of the space he finds what he
is searching for..... a little snip here, a little snip there and it will be done.

out of her room... and heads down to the pool reaching the patio she quickly
heads over to the barmaid placing her order for a Long Island..

Sipping slowly on her refreshment she glances around.. mingling through the crowd.. first passing Foxy and

recalling that date to be her last wedding date.. adding that must be a popular date.. *giggle*.. after short convo Raven stops over.. I had a lovely
vacation.. just wish I could have visited more with a Special person.. adding that Erika and her family were very nice and is definately like a sister she never had.. I also was able to meet up with my oldest daughter and her special someone.. before returning home.. It was the most memorable vacation I have ever had the pleasure of taking.. True, real.. down to earth meetings.. How is your summer treating you?? Any vacations in the near future for you?.. Glancing more around the pool and noticing Erika, Excuse me.. I am being called from the other side.. perhaps we can catch up more after a bit..

Cathy steps over to Erika.. announcing the RollerCoaster she noticed from the cab on the way to the Hotel..

Soon the barmaid walks over handing Cathy another Long Island.. she quickly gulps down the rest of the first one..

(!!!) The lil' one gives Erika the camera battery, without Cathy noticing, Erika runs inside, hits the elevator button, and notices some passed out Indian
Chief  riding up and down in the elevator, with nobody else present. "Oh well" she thinks to herself.. wonder if he'll notice that i've exchanged this
battery for that intriguing looking white powder.

Erika then begins to walk back outside, anxious to ride the coasters, when she hears somebody yelling
"WHERE'S MY PINK LIGHTER???!!!" Whoops, she makes a 180, hoping nobody notices..

and feeling mello. Thats good that you had a nice trip, cathy. When my children were young, road trips were
the best thing for them. they got to see a different place almost every day
and didnt get bored. we would drive during the night when they were asleep
in the back seat, so we didnt hear alot of "are we there yet". lol
I did go on a vacation to boston just last week to visit my daughter and i plan
another in august to the deep south to visit relatives. I bet it was nice to see
your daughter again, i know how hard it is having them away from home.

pulling out the Thursday flyers, and bills.. suddenly
an offwhite envelope drops to the floor.. HMmm?? no return
address, she thinks to herself as she slips her finger along the seal to
pop it open..

Slipping out the card snuggly fit inside she smiles as she
reads.. "Your are cordially invited!" and hurridley she opens it to find.. "To
attend The IYT annual Picnic located at the IYT Town Amusement Park"
scanning quickly over the details she runs back towards her home.. to arrange the
travel arrangements and dates her calendar.. WOw.. that is this weekend!!

She calls in her reservations and prepares her bags to leave..

Later that evening she arrives at the IYT Town Hotel and checks in.. Looking around
the lobby to see if she recognizes anyone..

... I'm here, now where is my room??? cochise runs past all the
people wanting to see if he brought the pipe and hides in the
elevator... Damn, If I don't get some rest I'll pass out in front of everyone...

Breeanna tugged her pomeranian's leash slightly as she jogged along the beach. The waves seemed to be getting higher and higher. They flooded her path yet her feet felt cool and refreshed. The shimmering water trickled out of the newly deposited shells resting several feet down towards the sea. A bubbly foam rested at the uppermost spot the water had reached. It formed a curvy frame which Trinket was facinated with.. she bit playfully at the foam and when Breeanna sternly hollared for her she looked up showing a white beard with a dallup resting on her nose. The pup focused on the puff and shook her head back and forth. The moment startled Breeanna into a full laugh while the pup pushed her nose into the sand. Breeanna bent down and scooped her little dog up and gave her a hug while rustling her fur. She looked up just in time to see a woman run up into a house while a nice looking man stepped over a cluster of rocks and hop into her path...

Speachless she was as she now looked into the face of this man. "Pardon me" she finally mustered and stepped to the side to get on past.. She set Trinket down and clasped the leash ready to start running again..

granny2billy: Thanks Granny for putting so much into it so quickly.. it's a shame that it had to be such a quick wrap up.. we all got so busy with Easter and Spring chores.. I am saddened to see that it had to be wrapped up like it was.. it was getting rather funny.. but, I realize that others don't always have the patience either.. or feel like they can't join in..

if you ever become a paid member we can do this in a fellowship.. I know several others are a bit upset at this outcome.. so I expect the one who HAD to have it her way to make sure it is a grand piece of reading and I will be watching the lag time..

Heck.. ya might as well get going with another story.. I have been too busy to keep up with just my games.. I am getting married in about 6 weeks.. although, I had fun as the others had writing it.. others just didn't jump in and create characters.. it would have been nice if the readers could have felt they could include theirselves.. we try to encourage that.. it's more fun the more you get involved..

One day maybe we can actually get a story complete.. but to those who were writing.. Thanks.. I had fun hope you all did..

granny2billy: Scarlet floated on a raft in the middle of the sea.. the fins of the sharks swam around her. The sun beat down on her tender skin and toughened it with harsh salt water. She lifted her eyes slowly not wanting to wake up.. A monster stared down at her.. One with stringy tossled hair, and yellow teeth. The eyes gazed down glowing a dreadful yellow. The monsters tail crashed the waves and sent a torrent of cold water to shock Scarlet back to life.. if only for a brief moment. Although, as others could see.. she lay lifeless in a bubbly heap on the tiled floor..

Sally slithered around dowsing Scarlets body, chuckling for a bit under her breath.. finally reaching up for a towel. She laid it over Scarlet and knelt down to get a good grip on Scarlets hand.. just as soon as she was down Sally jumped back up in shock when a little black nose found her thigh from behind and startled her. Iggy barked in fright and growled as though to protect her owner. Just then, Scarlets front door swung open down stairs and a large bouquet of flowers came pouring in. A deep voice asked questioningly.. "Scarlet? Scarlet? Are you in here?"

Scarlet walked accross the parking lot back to her car still smiling over Robins good news of her father. She was so lost in thought that she didn't see Matt approach her from the left..

"Fancy meeting you here, Matt almost sang as he walked along side Scarlet. It's nice to see you up and about after last night, concidering we had such a late evening."

"Yes.. and that party after getting my crown was definately fun. I always did like the way they restored the Bucking Bronco. The woodwork back then was so detailed a shame they don't continue on with that talent."

Matt spun Scarlet to look at him as he gained the courage. "Will you have dinner with me tonight, Scarlet?" 

Scarlet looked up at Matt with a smile "Yes, she said. What time should I be ready to go?"

She wrote her phone number on a napkin she found in her purse.. and wrote out her address as well. They agreed on seven and she bid her goodbye.. She must get on home and find something sassy to wear for the evening. Although, there were still several errands she needed to run before then.

"Well Scarlet.. it's me Matt.. we went to highschool together.. don't you recognize me?"

"Matt??" Scarlet repeated a bit under her breath. She looked quizically up at the chiseled faced man. "Honestly Matt, I can't picture who you were. Did we have a class or two together?"

"Actually Scarlet we had several, I was your lab partner in Biology and then in our Junior year I played Captain Bracket in the school musical "South Pacific", you had played Nellie Forbush".

"Oh yeah" she flirted back, "I remember you now".. Scarlet stepped back and took a sweeping glance over his tall muscular frame. I don't remember you looking this good, she thought to herself while she flashed a dancing smile his way.

He lightly took Scarlets elbow and led her towards the refreshments. "May I interest you in a cold glass of punch? He swiftly reached over the table grasping a plastic cup and clasped a napkin with an oatmeal cookie in his other hand.. offering them to her. "Thankyou" she said, admiring his manners.

The night slipped away and soon the laughter from the crowd quieted ... The DJ introduced the judges and the nominated young ladies to which one will be this years Annual Spring Princess... Scarlets attention was stolen by the DJ. She was so hoping that this year her name would be called. She silently crossed her fingers and tried to hide her anxiousness while patiently waiting .. 

Scarlet shook her head in disbelief and shock over Robins news and watched as she quickly left the barn.. She glanced around the room looking for Sally, yet was not surprised when she didn't see her.. The music of Tim McGraw flooded the room.. Let It Go.. OOOooOOoo  oh yeah.. I know.. I know.. I know.. I've been forgiven.. gonna let it go.. Oh yeah.. I know.. I know.. I know.. Feet shuffled on the dance floor and Scarlet walked briskly to the front door.. Seeing Cory walk in without Dan Scarlet grew a bit suspicious.. She shifted on over to Cory asking where his brother went off to. "Well Howdy Scarlet I haven't seen Danny at all today.. Saw him last evening after bringing in the horses though. Isn't he here? He mentioned he was planning on coming out tonight."

Scarlet mumbled around a bit and offered Cory what happened earlier with Sally.. Scarlet decided to wait just a bit longer to see if there was a mix up and decided to hunt down some of her other friends.. She twisted a bit on her heel and intended on walking away untill she heard a soothing deep voice call out her name.. Looking back.. she looks into the deep blue eyes of a stranger.. "How did you know my name?" she demanded.

Scarlet twisted around to speak at Robin and soon realized she stood alone.. she glanced up seeing her friend on the floor kickin her heels up to the music floating through the barn..

Turning herself around and stepping just a few paces towards the snackarea she reached for a glass of punch resting on the counter. She no sooner had the glass to her lips when she felt her arm being tugged by none other than Jimmy Dean.. she let out a disapproving sigh and tried to focus on something else..

"Scar... Scar.. SCAR!!" Jimmy kept repeating while tugging at her elbow.. "Scar.. when are you going to return my calls? I have left several messages on your machine and had hoped you would have at least gotten back with me earlier."

"Jimmy, there is nothing more for me to say.. What is done is done. It's over. Nothing more. Finished.. now let me get on with my life.. and I suggest you do the same". Scarlet gulps the rest of her punch and tries to walk past but instead Jimmy grabs at her waist and tries to escort her to the dance floor. Ronnie Milsap's voice overpowered the air.

Scarlet's hesitation was left unnoticed and Jimmy's persistance won out. She found herself in his arms on the dance floor.  Her fighting him only seemed to give him enjoyment and she quickly gave in, at least to a dance. They sashayed over past Robin and Gary. Robin gave an expression of puzzlement to Scarlet while she returned with a discusted look. Only a few mins more and she would find herself along the wall gossiping with Robin... at least.. she HOPED..

Scarlet stood by the punch table glancing over the crowd.. nodding hellos and flashing smiles at the boys she recognized.. Just as Robin announced that Johnie was walking towards them Scarlets attention turned to him she was taken by his stroll. Scarlets hazel eyes widened and her lips opened into a dazzling smile. She tossed her head back allowing her golden ringlets to whisp past her shoulder.

Johnies smile made her melt and while she was mesmerized she failed to notice the red head approaching from behind.. The bubbly girl excused herself as she brushed on past both Robin and Scarlet and embraced Johnie. The young couple soon walked hand in hand over to the tables on the opposite side of the room. "Oh well" Scarlet sighed.. "plenty more fish in the sea I suppose". Glancing over at Robin she tried not to show her disappointment.

Oh My Goodness!! look who is here!! Scarlet points through the crowd and soon is shuffling through them as she tries to grab cowboy Dan's attention.. Oh DAN!! Danny!!

Robin slips around trying to keep up..

Oh wow Robin,.. Look!!.. there goes Johnny now, Scarlet grabs her elbow and motions toward the Street lamp,.. I always did think he was such a cute one.. She quickly brushes off the wrinkles from her skirt and blouce, then reaches into her purse to clutch onto her ID and lip gloss.. She briskly runs a brush through her hair as she repositions the side mirror to reflect her youthful face. Finally, she smears the gloss smoothly over her subtle lips as she purses them into a silent kiss and stands ready for the group.

Oh my! she mumbles under her breath.. its Sally.. what the heck is shhhhhhhhhheeeeeeee doing here? Snubbing their noses a bit in the air the girls walk swiftly past..

Scarlet finishes brushing her hair and dawbs some lip gloss on.. *beep beep*..

She quickly rushes out the front door, excited about her evening out. The Annual Spring Hoedown was always a favorite event for the young ladies of the area.. for this is the time of year when the new Ranch hands would be around town having fun before the steady work of summer consumes them. And, it was also a time when the town would crown the Annual Spring Princess..

Hey all!! Scar quickly pushes out while she flings herself into the car and shuts the door..

The girls pulled up and parked along the curb. Pastel lights are swaying in the gentle breeze and the barn music blares over the speakers hung from the park lamps.. The girls look at each other giggling anticipating a nightful of fun..

Fernando took Scarlet in his arms and silent music filled the air.. only music the two of them could hear. He swung her over the beach and danced softly with her.. swaying quietly together .. Scarlet dreamily followed his lead. Sandalwood and basalm continued to lure her direction and became even more stronger when she rested her head upon his shoulder. Fernando was so gentile and so masculine, his charms were so different then the men in her life had been. She didn't want the evening to last..

Yet.. she kept seeing Isabella peering out from the bushes along the upper coast.. A crackling sharp noise brought Scarlets attention as she sharply turned her focus on a man and woman walking up to Fernando and herself.. as the couple got closer she could see that it was Jim and Amelia.. 

Her dress glimmered in the moon lite.. the gems sparkled and danced with beams as she moved. *Hey wait she thought, where did I get this dress?* The thought left her as soon as she had taken it in..  she lifted her glass and sipped on the wine.. letting it splash down her throat. Soon she was floating, and her vision became blurred. Apparently it would take time for her to adjust to the strength of the wine made on the island.

Time moved so quickly, the evening fluttered past. Scarlet enjoyed Fernando's company and thanked him again for his chivalry. She looked forward to future meetings with him.. and excused herself from the table. He stood and tenderly looked deep into her eyes as if to silently say the night was still very young.. and she would be missed.. She withdrew the eye contact.. and stepped away.. turning a bit and shuffling into the night..

"UMmmmmURRGGggggg!!!" Scarlet gurgles through the tight fabric twisted and wrapped around her head gagging her mouth. "Aaacc esss aaaawwww" Scarlet screams at her captor. She twists herself hoping to catch her wrapped up hands against something to urge the cord loose with..

The tall lean figure is propped up against the wall, he silently whistles a tune to himself.. occassionally he looks over at Scarlet. He wears a scarf draped over most of his face as if to hide himself .. would she recognize the man if it were removed? she thinks to herself. He didn't seem too familar, at least not when he was bringing her here.. Of course would anyone really feel familar if they would have slung her over their shoulder as this man had? "Waaaaaa YYYyUUUUU uuunnnnn?" She asks of him as though he really can understand her. He looks over at her puzzled, and shakes his head. He turns to stare out the window as the sun slowly melts accross the horizon.

scarlet thinks to herself.. *did I just say that outloud?.. how rude I must have sounded".. before the thought of those harse words could be absorbed fully in.. she added.. "Well.. I didn't fly in like you two had, I was on a Cruise, we had docked up at one of the islands and I got off to do some shopping.. I found this cozy cafe' and decided to rest a bit with a double mocha coffee.. I ended up getting mesmerized by the Island music coming from the band just out on the patio. I missed the reboarding of the Princess Cathryn and when I realized it I had to hire a taxi raft to take me out.. unfortunately the ship was too far out and my rafter didn't want to lose the commission.. We hit something which tore into the raft and soon we were surrounded by water.. I couldn't find where my hired man went and fought the water on my own.. I managed to get some drift wood and held on.. I must have passed out since I have no real memory of drifting.. I just know that several days back.. I was washed up on the shore and woke up. I slept in some clumped bushes and have been eating banana's and coconuts.. I was more than excited to see people on this island. Does anyone have a cell phone on them? OR is there phone service on the island?? Is there a hotel.. We need to get to the town area.. *Scarlet seems a bit panicked* if I could just call the cruise line I can find out where to meet up with the ship.

Scarlet extends her hand "It is so wonderful to meet you Miss Earhart, you have had us all in a tizzy since search parties were never able to find you or your plane. How have you been able to manage all this time?"

Scarlet lQQks over the area as if to search for other life.. "Are you here with anyone else?" she boldly questions. Jim eagerly awaits a responce and searches the immediate area with his eyes. Nudging Scarlets forearm slightly as he notices movement in the bushes just west of them, he bobs his tilted head to alert Scarlet. Emilia, fully aware now that the island guests are a bit nervous, shouts out to the bushes "It's okay Clayton. They aren't here to hurt us. They are friends. Would you like to come over and meet them?"

Scarlet and Jim patiently wait while a brown haired young boy with a face of freckles sluggishly walks over to the group of them. "Hello young man", starts Jim only to soon be interrupted by Amelia's introduction. "Clayton, this is Scarlet and Jim. Clayton is my adopted son so to speak, his parents were great friends of mine. I took over Claytons care when Natashia and Sam met their fate in an accident in the cave on the other side of the Island. Amelia nervously looked away.

"Are you the only two here? Scarlet asks. Jim perks up a bit waiting to learn more.. Amelia turns around opening her arms as if to cast a spotlight down for all to see.. "There are others here.. Families, and individuals who happened here one way or another", she swings back around to face Jim and Scarlet.. "Just as you two had came about"

Clayton shuffles sand with his foot and kicks at an imaginary ball.. the sea sweeps in leaving a cottony foam along the coast.. while seagulls flap their wings to swoop down and gather their catch of the day!

Jim and Scarlet follow Amelia with full trust while the young lad hop scotches a stride right behind them.

Groucho: I view story tag as quick responces with little thought.. I saw these
additions similar to the stories we would write (years ago) at IYT..
where they were thought out.. and contained bulk.. most who would
participate made up their own characters.. we had a great time.. lots
of mystery.. lots of laughs.. and lots of peeps who just like reading
them..

I found a story and thought I would share some of it..

Cathy reaches into her mail box.. pulling out the Thursday flyers, and
bills.. suddenly an offwhite envelope drops to the floor.. HMmm?? no
return address, she thinks to herself as she slips her finger along the
seal to pop it open..

Slipping out the card snuggly fit inside
she smiles as she reads.. "Your are cordially invited!" and hurridley
she opens it to find.. "To attend The IYT annual Picnic located at the
IYT Town Amusement Park" scanning quickly over the details she runs
back towards her home.. to arrange the travel arrangements and dates
her calendar.. WOw.. that is this weekend!!

She calls in her reservations and prepares her bags to leave..

Later that evening she arrives at the IYT Town Hotel and checks in.. Looking around the lobby to see if she recognizes anyone..

After freshning up some, Cathy steps out of her room... and heads down

Sipping slowly on her

stops over.. I had a lovely vacation.. just wish I could have visited

returning home.. It was the most memorable vacation I have ever had the
pleasure of taking.. True, real.. down to earth meetings.. How is your

Glancing more around the pool and noticing Erika, Excuse me.. I am
being called from the other side.. perhaps we can catch up more after a
bit..

Cathy steps over to Erika.. announcing the RollerCoaster
she noticed from the cab on the way to the Hotel.. including the
camcorder is all set and ready to catch the expressions from those who
dare to ride it.. LOL..

Soon the barmaid walks over handing
Cathy another Long Island.. she quickly gulps down the rest of the
first one.. feeling a bit light headed in a good way..

HMmmm.. wonder who all will be here?? Glancing more around the patio..

passed out Indian Chief riding up and down in the elevator, with nobody

Raven is now on her 3rd Martini and feeling mello. Thats good that you
had a nice trip, cathy. When my children were young, road trips were
the best thing for them. they got to see a different place almost every
day and didnt get bored. we would drive during the night when they were
asleep in the back seat, so we didnt hear alot of "are we there yet".

I did go on a vacation to boston just last week to visit my
daughter and i plan another in august to the deep south to visit
relatives. I bet it was nice to see your daughter again, i know how
hard it is having them away from home.

Okay.. hope that isn't too long.. but just an idea of what we called impromptu stories..

I am sorry if I stirred the pot.. I hadn't meant to.. I just felt it was rather obvious an outcome.. I send you the story quotes..

"And then he saw the other.  The person was running towards him with the beast following.   They were too far away to tell if it was a man or a woman.  But whoever it was, the beast was chasing after them.   And both of them were running straight towards Jim."

The above paragraph is what I was imagining when I wrote my part..

The Pteranodon drops even lower and nips a bit of her hair, he swooshes upward shuffling a breeze and a clasp of blond tresses hangs lightly out of his clenched bill. Looking up she swings her hand to shield her eyes and stares directly into the eyes of....."

I guess I just assumed that whoever picked up the story would automatically know (if they were keeping up with the rest of the story) what direction it was taking..

I guess I felt as though I were being laughed at.. or the story was being shrugged with a quick snappy comment and then several more who made light of that comment .. I enjoyed the story line.. even with the outrageous characters.. since it was made known that the island made Jim see Mirages' of what he was imagining..

Speaking as a writer.. although unpublished, I wish to mention how difficult it is to be inspired to begin with.. and that inspiration can easily continue throughout with blending thoughts and imaginations working together.. or it can diminish quicker than a snap due to lack of flow.. I hope I am not coming accross as whinning which I never intended to let out.. I simply was very excited at the story, since it wasn't story tag.. and wanted to join in..

Groucho: I happen to enjoy the current story.. it shows unique imagination.. It would just be nice if others offered new characters.. and took those roles on..

I certainly don't think we should change stories.. I just think that it should be stated that this is impromptu.. those who make additions should realize longer posts with more details would be more appreciated than a quick one-liner.. which leads really to nothing..

for instance.. in my earlier addition.. I made my character run towards Jim.. I didn't say Jim.. I left that open.. but, it was to be assumed it was Jim.. since the earlier bits and pieces suggested someone was running towards him.. I not only blended.. but, I created a new character.. one that could respond.. it would be even better if others were to assume characters.. whether they were the T-Rex or the Pteranodons swooping down and attacking my hair.. That is the frustrating part of this..
