I doubt it was ever intended to be a form of official identification. It is JUST the ability to put some sort of picture next to your name. Be it your own picture, or something that describes your personality in some way, or whatever else someone chooses. Nothing to do with ethics...
Lighten up.
No Chuck, you don't have to be a member, you can ask Fencer for one. It's a baseball cap, but it doesn't have the ridiculous plastic sizing that tears up after a while. It has a ...dang, i don't know what to call it, ... it's like what suspenders have...do you know what i mean? Anyway, that's how you get the cap to fit you head.... LoL! It will be in the store for you to see soon. Does this make sense? I've been working all day and i am POOPED!
Even though I think you called me a pumpkin head... I'll help you with your original question IMCK
One of the reasons you possible lost more rating points is that the rating calculation also takes factors like how many games each person has completed - so a player with less games complete will move more then a person who has completed many games.
Right, how are we to know who anyone is? Perhaps you are a big hairy old man not a young girl as you say you are, Maybe Steve is really a woman, maybe maybe maybe.. If you or anyone takes the net that seriously that you choose to believe every thing you see or read then that's sad..
It has been said over an over and over again that people online lie, it is that simple. So you play your games, write your messages and take it all with a grain of salt. So who cares what people use for pictures on here. It doesnt effect your life does it?
Paying members can add a picture to their profile, which appears when they post. My question is, why does IMupChucKing put a picture of former President Bill Clinton, when he is not Bill Clinton?
Sorry, I guess I forgot about all that. Is that a fairly new problem or has the system been faulty since the begining? I remember having problems a long time ago, and was told that it was all being correctly tabulated...
scroll down a few hundred posts,upchuck....this question has been answered at least 20 times.I know you follow this board...I thought your post was funny, and deserved a funny answer.
Fencer has said plenty of times there are things wrong with the rating system. Maybe if you started listening to what people say, youll will realise it was not necesary for you to ask the question in the first place
Yes, if a pawn was recently a rook (or knight) they could be playing in many tournaments and have many games. But will not be able to start any new games until your total is below 20 (is that still what it is?) and no new tournaments until they are all done.
"Warning! Your Brain Rook membership level will expire on 27. October 2004. You have 13 days left to renew your membership."
I will renew my membership anyway, but since i'm too curious what if i don't renew it or i renew it after 27 October? I'm playing at more than one tournaments (the limit a Pawn must have is one tournament) so A)what would happen with my tournaments? Also B)what if i had more than 20 games(the limit a Pawn must have). What would happen in these 20+ games?
