Meanwhile, sign-ups have begun for the Brotherly Love duo. This is two separate tournaments, one for beginners (BKR under 2000 or unrated), and one for advanced players (BKR 2000 and up, no unrated players), and include all games. 31. Fencer (who was first to join up - Thank you!! :) started as unrated when he signed, but now shows at ~1799, which is over-limit. Which brings up a question.
