Can someone tell me what size in "pixels" a jpg file needs to be for fellowship pictures? Is the 200x300 required for profile page photos a "pixel" measurement?

There is a new fellowship in town that is for those who want to discuss contemporary culture and postmodern issues. Dialogues about art, science, philosophy, literature, film and any other cultural issue that interests you.
It is primarily a Backgammon fellowship and will be starting a series of tournaments and creating a team once there are enough people on board.
Our Small Pente and Hyper Backgammon teams still have places open. So if you'd like to take part in the up coming Team Tournements then Join the SCRL fellowship.
The Frogazons Plus Fellowship is looking for more players to join our team in the Froglet Team Tournament which is starting in about a week. Anyone is welcomed - SKILL DOES NOT MATTER - As long as you can have fun! So if you are wanting to join a Froglet Team, Feel free to check out Frogazons Plus Fellowship.
(The fellowship is dedicated to 9 games - Both Froglets Games, 3 Espionage games, Amazons, Alquerque, Jarmo, and Jungle - - - But you do not have to be interested in all the games to join. Even if you are interested in one of the games, you are welcomed here!)

For those that have left the Debate Club Fellowship over the years because you thought it got bogged down in politics or religion and that sort of discussion did not interest you, we are taking advantage of the new discussion board format that Fencer is offering. I have split out the discussion boards into three separate boards, general, politics and religion. I do not promise that we will be perfect and keep things separate in every respect, but I will do my best to encourage the discussions to move to the appropriate boards.
So, if you like a good discussion kept on a rational level, have been there before and think might look the new format or are completely new to it and curious, send me a message, and come in for a visit. If you have a suggestion for another topic to break out on its own, let me know.
If you are a BIG BOSS of a f/s and have ever wondered what you can do to improve your f/s, how to set up tournaments, f/s tournaments,or just want to rub elbows with other BIG BOSSES then please join. Our goal will be, for all of us to work together and improve BrainKing in any way we can as a support group.
A site where all BIG BOSSes can work to gather as a support group for BrainKing. There is so much untapped knowledge and experience that hopefully this site can and will promote the free exchange of information which will help us all be the very best BIG BOSS that we can.
1) Exchange Ideas
2) Get help and advice
3) Do's and Don'ts
4) Setting guide lines
5) Writing Descriptions
6) How to deal with difficult members
7) Promoting unity
8) Understanding the rules
9) Resolving problems
10 )Fun and fellowship
PS. I am not creating this site to be the BIG BOSS of the BIG BOSSes. If at anytime you feel someone else could and would do a better job I will gladly, with my full support, shift this responsibility. I ask only that we not attack each other and or cause problems and that we all try hard to be positive and be of help to one another...
ClayNashvilleTn: If there was a smiley for that I'd give ya one. How about ? Just lean back into it : )
And I thank you for being respectful : ) I was trying to do the same : )
And you brought to our attention a fellowship that's trying to make a difference here, for people to go to for help. That can't be a bad thing! It's just the discussions or opinions of what people say in there that I didn't want on this board. I hope you understand that.
harley: thanks harley ! I haven't modded as long as some on here, and want to be fair. It's great to have the input of experienced mods- it helps alot! : )
Thanks for your help too Purple- and your input Czuck : )
harley: thanks for your help harley and purple. Since I am not a member of that fellowship, I don't know if that is the case or not, but as a mod of this board, I didn't know if it was something that should be allowed. I was erring on the side of caution, since that is the rule in many of the fellowships I belong to.
Thats right, Purple. If a big boss states 'no leaking' - then any 'leaks' would need to be deleted by the mod of whichever board it appeared on. Even if there are no definite rules stated by the big boss, I think its still prudent not to take discussions from a fellowship to a public board.
harley: Most (not all) private fellowships have anti-leaking rules put in and enforced by the Big Boss. Public Boards can not be leaked because by definition they are public but there can be a lot of off topic violations. Like Chess does not usually belong on Poetry. LOL.
Czuch, my understanding is that fellowship topics shouldn't really spill over onto public boards. Not ones like these anyway, and especially when they're off topic to that public board anyway!
Posts from public boards shouldn't be copied to other boards, you're right about that.
Czuch Chuckers: maybe I AM wrong...who can answer this? I always thought that what was said in a private fellowship was supposed to remain there and not be discussed on a public board.
Maybe it's just some certain fellowships I'm in where that is the case? I always thought what was said in a fellowship was supposed to stay in there...
baddessi: I think you have it all wrong... it is not allowed to discuss, on a public board, something from another public board. That is my interpretation....
ClayNashvilleTn: ok, but I DO know that there is more than one mod people have complained about, myself included. Maybe not in that fellowship, but I interpretted your post as that being the general case on the site as a whole, so I felt it needed a respose. Now we are both off topic, so let's move on. Please.
ClayNashvilleTn: I would be really amazed to find out that there is more than one mod that people are complaining about, unless is it a biased group ganging up on one individual, which I have seen happen in private fellowships.
I also feel that you are getting off topic here Clay. This board is for fellowships, not the specific discussions that go on in a fellowship. In fact, I don't believe you are supposed to discuss on a public board what's said in a private fellowship, so I would thank you to not say any more on that matter here and leave the board for others to post about their fellowships and keep that discussion where it belongs, please.
baddessi:Nope, wrong answer. I really have been amazed, that there has only been one Mod pointed out so far by several different memebers. It is very eye opening and a very intresting F/S.
What is mainly discussed so far, is obvious patterns and not much on Moderators that try hard to follow the code of honor.
I bet all 3 of us and every other mod is a topic there. If you moderate, someone's going to complain. Public board here, let's keep it nice guys, ok? Thanks
Stevie: I think his inference is that you were starting it, with what appears to be a baiting remark. Appears he had cleared the air with rod and everything was fine, especially after he said ok,ok, back on topic please :)
