Invite members to the Fellowship. In fact, if someone applies can they accept them as in the normal way or is that only for Big Boss still ? (should be both as Little Bosses can remove members) 2. Even if the Little Boss is not a Moderator on the DB, they should be able to edit / delete posts on board.
