ThunderGr: Think you mean 50 moves. Brainking does not automatically agree a draw but Fencer will make the game a draw if you request it and your opponent will not agree otherwise.
Chaosu: Stalemate is where the side to move (black here) can make no legal moves and the game is a draw. The king can not move to the g file because all squares are covered by the queen. He can't move to H5 because it is covered by the queen and knight. He cant go to H3 because it is attacked by the bishop. So the king is not in check (so it is not check mate) but he has no legal moves so it is stalemate.
Algebraic chess books can be followed in any language if they use a symbol for the piece. P-Q4 doesn't tell you much if your language uses different letters for pawn and queen. The narrative can be a bit tricky of course!
