easiest way is having two partitions on your harddisk, you got to install w98 first. 2 GB for 98 plus 5 GB for xp is about lower limit ... once xp is installed you'll be able to manage further via Computer Management from within the Adminstrative Tools (e.g. 3rd partition FAT-32 - keep in mind that w98 cannot read NTFS partitions by default) ... ~*~ 7.
