The system awards points based on the board position at the time of resignation. So, if you have no checkers out, you will lose a gammon or backgammon.

Grafzahl finished with 5 points, and Seravajan finished with 7. You earned 17 S-B points for your games against these two, while Uil earned 19 S-B points. I've finished 8 of the 12 11 point matches with 7 day time control. But there are 2 in which my opponent and I have made only 11 or 12 moves in almost 3 months of play. This is true on the Microsoft sites, of course, but I encounter such situations frequently. Still, I use Mozilla for most of my surfing, and activate IE only as needed. 8.
