I have 1 person permanently on my enemies list. He sent me messages until I was sick of reading them. Then I had to add his email address to my 'spam' list because he carried on messaging me that way. I won't put up with that just in case he has a problem I may be able to help him with sometime in the future. No CSR should have to put up with that. I just don't think that CSR's should be penalized for being CSR's. It's not like they are getting paid or getting benefits for what they are doing. These people are volunteers and don't get anything for what they are doing for this site. Obviously no one gets along, or likes everyone. I don't understand why these people shouldn't be allowed to have an enemy's list like everyone else. Why should they be left open for abuse when they are only volunteering to help here. 14.
