In fact an ideal place for those hovering links to work would be on our main Fellowship page, where all running and finished Tournaments are

In the message we get when a game finishes, i am sure the tournament link (if it was a tournament game) was a link we could hover over to see the tournament table without having to go there.
It does not appear to work any more (well for me), the ones in the games are fine, just them.
Is it meant to work Fencer ?

What happened to the system of paying membership dues through a representative in one's own country?

oldhamgirl: I can be hardly unhelpful when there is no help to offer. As I have already said, BrainKing contains no ActiveX components, so whatever message you receive, it's not from us. Ergo, we are not the problem source, thus we cannot solve it.

ok if you want to be picky I have used it since it came out and today is the first day I have had a problem. No need for you to be so unhelpful, its not a criticism of YOUR site

Ok let me try asking again.
Everytime I have a move on this site, and this has only started today, why am I getting a pop up saying "click to run an active X on this webpage". It is driving me nuts.

Now I have another problem if anyone can help me, all of a sudden, only on this game site, I keep getting a sign up about Active X, I have never got it before, help ???

As for the amount of pixels, I don't have my browser set to full screen - that's way too annoying.

AbigailII: What do you mean "less games"? The amount of data is still the same, there is no reason to hide some games.
About a horizontal scrolling - it's not necessary if you use at least 1024x768 screen resolution. Which should not be a problem, nowadays. There is no point to restrict ourselves to 800x600 only.

I've looked at the new page. All the information is there, at about the same place. I guess lots of people like the castle theme, but I'm not at all big on fluff. I do notice that NewGameList shows less games of the "games where it is my turn" list (which for me is by far the most important information on the page). And it requires horizontal scrolling where the current interface doesn't. That despite the new page using a smaller font (border line small for my taste).

I'd say that for looks, NewGameList wins. For usability, the current page wins.
