Walter Montego: It is more a rare situation than a regular one. Just be patient for several more hours. Not a big issue.

BIG BAD WOLF: I too like the whole statement of time off and time to be on, keeps me from clicking to get the finish that may only be 3 words

BIG BAD WOLF: I also like being told about it. I've read it and wouldn't mind just seeing a little reminder near the top of the page. If I want the whole message, I wouldn't click it.

Actually I love that it now tells you when it will be turned back on. I'm not sure why 3 extra lines for about 24 hours would be a problem.

Walter Montego:I personally prefer the one-line message saying "Game time is suspended" which was used before.

Fencer: How about having a remove button for this message? Except that when it is clicked the information about when the clock will start running again is put to the right of our handles just to the left of the flags at the top of the page? Placed there it won't take any space that's used and it will be easy to keep track of. Just have the time for the clock re-starting without all the other text in that place after someone clicks the initial message.

Fencer: Maybe you could put it on the left of the refresh setting. It would probably adjust to occupy an extra line but at least the game tables wouldn't scroll down so much, which is probably what bouncybouncy and imsoaddicted are worried about...
