Pedro Martínez: OK, so I can end up playing a game with a person that I have blocked... That's good to know :)

Sujet: Blocked user - tournaments
I've been thinking about this subject for a while now. Let's say I have a person here blocked and we both sign up to a tournament, and we both end up in the same section. Now, when you have a person blocked, that person can't see you on the game site, right? And he/she can't invite you to any games nor accept any games that I post to the waiting games? What about the scenario I described then? Or is that "taken care of" so that I won't end up in the same section as a person I blocked when it comes to tournaments?

Bernice:Yes, I brought it to a public board because I wanted to address this subject to everyone, to get a discussion going. I was wondering if I am the only one who is tired of it, and also wondering if people are actually OK with this type of behavior. That's why I made it public.

Thank you for explaining :)

Bernice: No, sorry, I really don't get what you mean. But please feel free to explain.

And why should I use any names when that's part of what I brought up in the first place?

Tuesday:I am not going to mention any names, no matter if it is people who write about other people or the people who are being discussed. I am not active in any type of discussion board or anything like that (that's why you never noticed me or heard of me before), I have just noticed that this behavior is getting out of hand and to me it is nothing but a sandbox. I know that this happens when a large group of people get together but most of the times people can handle it without getting bystanders involved. I know I probably won't get rid of the problem by doing this but I am making people aware of it, and that's my whole point.

Vikings: I am aware that I can ignore polls from certain users and I have used this feature for some users who seems to be posting polls only about other people. Some users post both these kinds of polls and other regular polls and I'm still interested in the regular ones. I also have left the fellowships where this type of behavior got out of hand. I just wanted to address the issue since it seems to be escalating and I think it is childish behavior. If you have beef with someone, take it with that person and not everyone else around you, and if that doesn't solve the problem, get an admin to help you. I just don't get the idea of getting people involved in it that has nothing to do with it?

I am getting tired of this sandbox that BrainKing is turning into. Some users in here seem to spend all their time hating on others, making polls about them left and right, and seem to have made it their mission to badmouth them all they can. I know there are people in here acting like idiots, but there are idiots everywhere. What you all are doing, calling out people in polls and all other public places, is very Kindergarten like. Are you sure you are adults??? Seriously, I'm here to play games and I am not at all interested in hearing about who is an idiot and who is not. If you have a problem with someone, ignore him/her! If the person is being really nasty, take a screen dump and send it to an administrator, it is really not the business of everybody else on BK! I can't be the only one who is tired of all of this?! And even if I am, I am happy I got this off my chest. I am sure I am stepping on some sore toes now but I really don't care, I had to say it.

xmas is soon: No, this happened after I clicked on a link that said "key mode". It was beneath the flags. I went to the settings page to try to change it back but I can't find anything like that there...

OK, I have managed to click something again that makes this site look real messy. I can't find the place to change it back :( For example, everything in the left column says "Global...Link". Like the link for main page says "Global_MainPageLink". The games in my game list are named "game type short 48" (or something like that). Can someone help me with this? How do I get things back to normal? Thanks.

Sujet: Sorting the games in the play list.
OK, some weeks ago something happened with my settings for my games in my play list. I did not change anything myself, it just was that way all of a sudden. I can't change it back so I am asking what I can do, if I can do anything.

The problem I am having is that my games were first sorted after how much time is left before it times out, the one which would time out first was at the top and then the second game to time out etc. All of a sudden all my games were just about "thrown in the list" with no logic behind at all. I tried changing it back in Settings but all I get is that I can sort the games by time left but they are sorted also by game type so I still have games that are soon to time out in the middle of the list. Is there any way I can change this?

Hrqls: I am aware that they changed and all of that and also that there is a delay from when you get them until they are registered. But, I have been here on and off since this morning and I have been clicking around like mad so there is no way I could have missed them. I am trying another browser to see if that is the problem though.

There must be something wrong with this site, I have not collected any secret points today despite clicking all over the site (and I mean that literally!). I got them yesterday but today nothing. And I am using the same computer and the same web browser. What is wrong??? Does anybody know?
