Übergeek 바둑이: Yes. It's the trap of primus leadership tradition I like to see broken. Its an instinct I guess but certainly a perverted one. The longer the power addicted can shut up their mouth, the sooner also simple Joe will start to tell his doctor a strait opinion. For this perverted instict: I instictively don't like people who want to govern a place they never saw, have no idea what's going on, never drunk my beer, well, this place I can call my own, the space I know somethings about. We have nowhere to adress our complaints as leadership gets masked by routine. A Merkel for instance governs by filtering the infos she gets, she has no idea how Germans feel about Germany. Not as this would be an excuse, I think she is dumb.

If that isn't interesting. Sarcozy, Merkel and suddenly Brown too want to limit boni in the banking branch undefined appropriately.. The message to me is the story of the ongoing crime. The globalized finance sector is drowned in money. Tax money, crime money and despots money is raining down on +250K problems. It is common knowledge that we need a system change. Is it really worth saving faces of these people who profitated formidably, like Sarcozy, Merkel or Brown? I remember 2007 when Greenspan blubbered something about this dreamteam. Lets not forget that all the mentioned are moraly broken figures.

To me it is pretty amazing, Europe talking now, how some countries make obvious mistakes in "fixing" their health care system, and then to observe (that's the point now) how other countries seem to want to repeat these errors (and indeed do!), as if we wouldn't be able to learn from each other. Nope, if certain political tendencies smell money, they'll start the enrichement tour at disadvantage of the populace.

(V): You too? How does that work and how much would you pay for? And paying cash money (50£, 120£, 150£) to even get the appointment, that's a priviledge for healthy, young and well earning this private health sheme for everyone you are talking about. Right?

Übergeek 바둑이: Right, money decides. Did it come through how ridiculous the failure of the wall streeties is? As for health care. To me it is relevant that chemists are not living in the real world. The academics who are 'at home' somewhere is a rare species and can usually only be found in the humane diciplines. It might be interesting to be some years here, some years there, but you lose the feeling for the problems of the real world, the world our dear grandmas know :)

Czuch: I know somebody else who deserves the idiot.

>The only way the rest of the world gets away with socialism, is because the US does the brunt of their work for them, but once we are all socialists, then who will be left to burden the load????

If the "rest of the world" is the developed world and "socialism" just the strange alien stuff outside the states ()? The US' priviledge is to get in depts in its own courrency, how far away are we from the money coming 'out of the air'? ;) I don't think that our health care structures are that bad, exept that health care is a self-service shop full of thieves. I agree that health care is a responsability. The mainstream medicine is in substantial parts the pure opposite of health care and believe me this will be so obvious soon enough. We can start the story from the bottom and describe all you people who seem to refuse to get sane about those little problems. Funny will be to see the patent system questioned because tons of little entrepreneurs with their chemist friends have other plans than the big pharma clubs.

We need a new concept of rationalisation. 'Reason' comes from the same root, Ratio.

Artful Dodger: Its difficult to make a point with "human rights", isn't that an other world of UN-freaks and such. Where would this lead if we'd talk about a human right to have a job? Choke in bureaucracy? For too long it has been honorated to literaly "do nothing", speak rationalisation at any price, destroying jobs in favor of a shareholders value, this cynic hope to solve all ones problems at wall street. The organizers of the courrent ways *did destroy* a sane structure of the society for honorating pale theoreticians and declassify those whose hands can get dirty for work.

We have also reduced the healthcare system to a matter of money. Spend billions to run it, complain about those billions when it gets too expensive. Pay billions to private insurance firms. Sue doctors for millions when they make a mistake. We have reached a point where money and profit have taken precedence over well-being and compassion. Not that capitalism wasn't always like this!

Übergeek 바둑이: In some extreme parts I observed a increase of taxations of 600, 1000 and more % within a decade. When in health care things money is floating away, has this anything to do with capitalism? The political effect of this theft is that people with normal wages are left by themself, something like being forced to pay more for milk to get a balance with the farmer. This money is just floating away, we are slaves.

What's kind of strange with the horrible nurses is the reaction. Instead of increasing the staff they make some nurses quit the job.

Oh and registrated that Iran whose citizens are prohibited to mix up with the crowd in Mekka seeks to stress.

Anyway, as a nurse you can work round the world. Fastest way to ground the nhs is probably if simply all the nurses quit their job :)~

I would not forget to question the mainstreem medicine itself. It is an importent factor in overboarding costs, the mainstreem medicine is hostile to life in parts, a pure moneymaking machine. I can sing a song about. Some people would prefer me being into greek mythology like themseft (although they occupy the psychiatric clinic ofthe olymp), because that way I would be meditating in a cell for many years. The chinese KP starts the trials because of the recent protests of the Uyghurs. We do not forget that the reason for the protests are acts of caprice of this ugly KP. The chinese leadership likes to outline that they have problems in the provinces, but the murder number one in China is Hu Jintao. The corrupt number one in China is Hu Jintao. Of course, acts of caprice and the monopoly on legitimate use of force is explosive. I'll dance the day the Chinese will be free again. I'm still waiting for the police u-turn, it's behind their back the problem, upwards in the leaderships. There is no reason to be violent, that goes for every policecorp, everywhere.

I wouldn't wonder if inside certain govts some people are thinking about faking a terror attack like the London car bombings 7/7 2007.

So we have now people standing up who want to protect their "right" to violate human rights (if I say human rights it is unqualified, not a juridical term out of my mouth, just human rights like the right of integrity). I think my own fight against terror and sort of fashisms comes forward

Approximately 1.3 million people were employed in the NHS in England in
September 2005 on a headcount basis. This represents an increase of 34,300
since 2004 and an average increase of over 38,000 per year since 1997.

Many Americans are being brainwashed by the big insurance cos. & their pawns.  They are being fed countless distortions about the systems in Canada, the UK & elsewhere because the insurance cos. have bought off the media, commentators & many of the politicians.  For this reason, you see so much fear & hysteria at town hall meetings that many of them can't be conducted in a civilized manner.

Ferris Bueller: it's impossible for one brain to know about everything the elites are trying to hide. Switzerland was confronted with a blackmail from a certain economical attitude. Meanwhile there is no doupt about that the strategies of the past years are MUCH more than a failure. Big corporations are able to blackmail governments, and it serves the biggest theft in history. I'm sorry for every noisy town hall meeting, but the responsable people hide and don't care about the peoples feelings.

It is absolutly clear to me that the promises of the pro globalisators were lies. The global development shows the failure, and the character of the promoters of globalisation show the theft.

One problem in the care is that universities ate bought as well, it's a full partnership in between universities and powerful corporations. Today there is no university in the world willing to explore that 'intellectual property' in lots of medication is a theft as well. I'm sure that lots of patents belong to general knowledge. Historians with access to fine libraries can prove this.

Its interesting that for every little problem, there are those who call for some supranational solutions, as if history wouldn't show that this is the way into problems.

Why doesn't it move forward in the health care problems. As we know that it is the abuse of patent protection and intellectual property. The pharma companies sell at high price to cover "innovation" which is a lie. People who need medication pay for big buildings and disgusting salaries. But of course, puting the finger on patent protection, intellectual property and the market disturbing sizes of the big companies, makes you automatically to lawyer of the third world. Big money blinded statesmen and co. They refuse to see that pointing fingers on the problems in health care would create jobs and a bigger choice for consuments, hence competition, real science and information, real prices.
