Tho I am an American, tho I am a Christian, I am Pro-Life, ALL life, and I feel sadness on the day of the death of Saddam Hussein.....Dear Lord, may Saddam find the comfort in Your Love that we all hope for, no matter what we've done or haven't done in this lifetime...Please let him be at peace now that he is gone from this world, and please give comfort to the loved ones that he left behind, as we are all loved by someone...Amen

Pbarb2: Please try and stay positive. My father was diagnosed with very early stages of prostate cancer in 2001, he didnt even need treatment. Very early stages of this type of cancer, are like tiny grains of sand that are easily removed, without any further treatment required, that is what they did for my dad.

Pbarb2: We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. You guys have been through a lot! God is good, all the time! You are loved sweet lady. Please take care and know that many here on BK care much about you and your family and will keep you ever present before the Lord for a speedy recovery and much good health.
Sujet: Re: Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers.
Pbarb2: Blessings on you both.
I have heard of at least one case in which a patient with early prostate cancer believed he was helped by reciting the mantra "Om arkaya namaha" (in addition to standard medical treatment). The mantra is said to help in removing afflictions of any kind. It is customary to recite a mantra 108 times at a sitting.
My husband, Jon just got home from the Dr. He took tests a week ago for Cancer. He has Cancer of the prostate. It is at the early stages so hopefully they can get it before it spreads to far. He needs a couple more tests after Christmas to see how far it spread and what kind of treatment they can do. Jon had Malanoma about 4 years ago. They got it all and has been Cancer free up until now. Jon has been caring for me during my surgery and now guess it is time for me to care for him. All our family will be home during the holidays. God Bless BARB
God grant that the light of unity may envelop the whole earth, and that the seal,"The Kingdom is God's", may be stamped upon the brow of all its peoples.
As Christmas falls near, With the stars shining bright A young soldier keeps walking... First left, then right.
He's serving his country With a heart full of pride On foreign land he's fighting And this Christmas he'll reside.
In good times and bad He'll always stand tall He shows his best And gives it his all.
Like so many others He's there for a cause, And as a true soldier, Never will he pause.
He's tried and true And tempered like steel Born of spirit; Born with will.
Without his sacrifice The cause would be lost But the soldier carries onward No matter the cost.
So I'll look to him with honor And thankful with prayers. For the freedom I have Is because this soldier cares. Though it's now Christmas And he's not here with me His safe return I pray for To the Land of the Free.
