I was browsing some boards and wanted to look at that game, then wanted to look at the opening and I can see only empty board when trying to go backward to plies 33 and prior (whites 17th move). May be it has something to do with the way Fencer stores game data in the database, may be he just allocated too small space for atomic chess games expecting them to be fast. (when I wrote this last ply index was 107)
Since the black king can get close to the white king, and just chase him around from then on (preventing the queen from blowing him up because the white king would go in the process)... I think it's a draw.
Well, I think a different way. If the black king would beat the white queen, both kings would be removed. So for me it's a special constelation, in which the King could beat a figur. Im not sure if the king isn't allowed to beat a figur, because he would be also removed, or he isn't able to beat.
stalemate is possible, though unlikely. Eg white king on b2, Black king on a2, queen on b1, another queen somewhere. White to move, if white moves to a1 and black moves the other queen to b2, white is stalemated. Black would have to be pretty dense to do that though!

Quick question - if I DO NOT put the Maharajah piece into check, and they (Maharajah piece) DOES NOT have any valid moves - is it a win for me, or a draw?
when you mean they: the black or the white?
If the white can't move I think it's stalemate. So a draw.
If the black can't move... can this even happen?
<>It says in the rules: "...the game is finished if the Maharajah or the king is in a checkmate, >one player is in a stalemate, etc."
OK the game is finished but how??? With what result? Your copied text is incomplete and incapable of explaining the compete rules. You should have added:
The game is finished WITH THE SAME RESULT AS IN CHESS if the Maharajah or the king is in a checkmate, one player is in a stalemate, etc.
This isn't stalemate... White just checkmated black by placing the maharajah at that position. So it's not black's turn: a win as already been accomplished.
I play final match in the tournament and it's 3 wins match. I started with black ... so this is, teoretically, loss for me. Is there way how to solve this problem?
when a pawn reaches the other side of the board .. is it allowed to promote it to a pawn again ?
is this allowed with the last pawn on the board ?
would you lose if you promote your last pawn to a pawn ? (in theory there might be a short period during the promotion in which you have no pawn left ?)
Because Berolina Pawns' different movement makes them different pieces which should not be confused with regular pawns. For example, this page shows a Berolina symbol.
