He then CASTLES. I thought castling while in check is illegal according to the rules of chess. Whether it was a joke (which would have been thoughtless for his/her team) or a mistake (which can happen I guess even though it has to be confirmed) on the part fo the one sending it, the decision to accept is not one that affects morality or honor. The point is not to send a draw offer if it is not meant.
