O čem je toďten plk: Retirement and Remaining games

If you have started a retirement on a stair, and you win the game that was still open, will you still move up a rung? I assume so, just wondering.

Is there anything to prevent the person at the top of the stairs to not challenge. No one can challenge him until they reach the same height, right? So they can just chill at the top until someone gets to the same stair and challenges them (if they have an open challenging slot of course)

Couple of requests:
1) a page that shows which stairs we are free to make challenges in
2) adding the steps to the main page, similar to the x best BKRs that appear
