You can set parameters and search for a certain type of tournament. When you find one, look at the number of games. If it is single elimination, you need 1. If it is one game for each 2 players, you need 5. In a 16 player field 1 plays 9, 2 plays 10 and so on. After the first round I don't know how they pair so you would have to ask Fencer.
