Next to their handle is a link that says "Send Message". Fencer might just add what you've requested. It seems like he's added those envelopes in other places for sending messages. It's hard to imagine this particular use coming up often, but I have had some Pawn members write me saying that they would like to play when space becomes available and this is how they did it. I've also written to others from the invitation page because of game choice or time limit parameter questions that I might have had.
