Don't let her stand in the cold..

She has said so much more.. Why don't you make some coffee and eat some breakfast (its morning over there, i know) and then read through the lines and give it your fully attention and let her know you understand why she wrote this... We all know you work hard to get it all done; but don't blow this site away by only saying you don't have the time to not listen to people's concerns..
