I think you all in the USA can agree your current litigation system needs a re vamp.. less costs for all if pay outs are reasonable.. And yet everyone wants more and it seems as the lawyers get a % they are not stopping such greed.

It's called having corruption everywhere in some form. Sometimes little changes everywhere can lead to a big change overall.

Is he now through editorial selection dictate that everything else in America is fine and dandy?
