Iamon lyme: Depends on who the appeased are. The Nazi's, Iranians, Egyptians, various South American governments who are supported and placed despite being nasty bully killer types.

So.. stating something that has been seen to be true in many cases. .... .... The Met police in the UK was found to be institutionally racist.... it's being "robustly" dealt with, but that word "robustly" seems to be the in word at the moment for meaning jack.
