Foxy Lady: nice. 77 is the highest high i see forecast for our area through sunday. it's supposed to mostly top out around 71-73. and that sounds heavenly, actually. like perfect weather. mmm. :)
it wasn't any 30 here, but it was very cool yesterday (or was it day before?), and very windy; i was driving and saw a yellow leaf float down from above and thought, "great. it's autumn." and i'm still waiting to see whether i was kidding or correct.
nobleheart: hmm...that link isn't working for me - it's doing exactly what the Fox's strutting Fox was doing when She first posted it - redirecting me to something that just says "image hosted by tripod" or whatever it says. maybe it'll magically start working later like the Fox's Fox did. :)
and in fact, a friend of mine in Nyack has a large and healthy stand of bamboo in his back yard. i forgot about that. i think it will handle our winters fine. (but that's no reason not to keep Yours indoors. :)
Foxy Lady: yes Ma'am, that's how ours are. in a pretty, cylindrical china vase. i'd like to put them outside, but i don't want them to overrun our lawn and small trees and everthing.
Foxy Lady: lol...i really think You're getting a lot more worried about it than necessary. i think if You hide somebody You don't mean to hide, You just go to the "hidden users" popup menu, choose them, and click "remove" and they're unhidden again. :)
Foxy Lady: yes Ma'am - spider plants. the hanging plants with the cascading leaves and the tendrils that send off more little spiders...they can reach from the ceiling to the floor, kind of like weeping willows for the indoors. :)
Foxy Lady: yep, same here Ma'am - or it was the same here during the day (it's nighty-night now). we were supposed to have rain...well, in the afternoon, and it did cloud up and sprinkle just a teensy bit - misting, really - very briefly after dark. but i went shooting with a photography group today and it was sunny and beautiful the whole while!
ajtgirl: same here, Ma'am - what the Fox said. but that's to be expected...the three of us aren't all that far from one another.
evidently we're expecting T-storms tomorrow...and i'm supposed to go shooting (cameras, that is) with a bunch of people down on the south shore. hmm...
i've never been to disneyworld, so i couldn't tell You. i should go. i really enjoyed disneyland the three or so times i went.
*sings* iiiiit's a small world aaaaafter all! iiiiit's a small world aaaaafter all! iiiiit's a small world aaaaafter all! it's a small, small worrrrrrlllld!
Foxy Lady: i have it from one site that it's "the growing of plants without soil," Ma'am. and here's one of the few sites i've found so far that doesn't look to be trying to sell a specific line of hydroponics equipment.
