what's the problem anyway? Prize tournaments are only an addition to BrainKing features and all of them are created on volunteer basis. The tournament director can define his own rules. Who does not like it, does not have to participate in the tournament. That's the general rule. There are lots of other tournaments that had disappeared after the crash. It was solved by sending a filled W-8BEN form for taxing purposes. I don't know all background of these things but what I am sure about is that I never had any more problems with that. 8.
