I am in Israel right now and serving Yeshua in a the Holy Land. I have no time for playing games here.. hardly spend time on the internet anymore.
It was nice knowing you and playing with you and I have made great friends here, but there is a time for everything... as is written in His Word in Ecclesiastics.
I pray the LORD will bless you richly, all of you. Amen
Current River is doing much better!! She has come through her second surgery and is improving. Thanks,I'm sure in no small part, to our continued prayers!!
You are in my thought and prayers.. I wondered where you were.. I was afraid it was the blood clot..Get well my friend, you are missed. :) My prayers for your Sis too..
TigerCat: She just came out of the hosp. & the Dr's told her that Chemo is no option & possibly would kill her because she only has 1 kidney. This week she is going back into the hosp. so they can try & freeze the cancer & remove it that way.
Thank You! Very much apprieciated. The Lord gives us only so many crosses that we can bear & leave the rest in his hands. Her name is Patricia & she is my God-Mother. She had cancer of the kidney 5 yrs ago & open heart surgery last summer. She has a feisty attitude towards life & I always say laughter is the best medicine
If you are interested in becoming a co-mod on this board, please PM me. This board is usually very easy to moderate so it's a good starter board for someone who hasn't modded yet. There are some requirements such as membership of at least 6 months and I think you have to be a knight or above. I will submit names to the globals who make the final decision.
So sorry that I've been away...My Aunts tests came back & I have some very bad news to report. The cancer she has is in her limpods(?) & there isn't much they can do. w/o chemo, she has 2 yrs & w/ light chemo, she has 4 yrs. She has been really down in the dumps. She is back in the hospital due to some bleeding from some of the tests they did & she isn't expected to come out until she's A OK.
Even though I am hardly here.. I will not forget you! You are a wonderful lady and always have been a very good friend. God bless you and may HE touch you and heal you! Amen
As many know who have been following this board, PBarb has gone back to a pawn and is taking some time off to concentrate on her health. Let's keep her in our thoughts and prayers and give her our best wishes on improved health. Take care PBarb and keep in touch with us!
Subiectul: In Memory of Lisa - A Beautiful Person Who Will Be Missed - Please Know That We Love You
Do Not Stand at My Grave and Weep Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there... I do not sleep. I am the thousand winds that blow... I am the diamond glints on snow... I am the sunlight on ripened grain... I am the gentle autumn rain. When you waken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush Of gentle birds in circling flight... I am the soft star that shines at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry— I am not there... I did not die...
*An Irish Prayer - author unknown
Lord, please take good care of Lisa and wherever she has gone, please let her be happy, healthy, and know that she is loved by all those that knew her, we love you - Amen
Thankyou so much.. Brittany took Lauzlo in for the Ultrasound on his skull.. the techs said it looked good.. meaning they didn't feel he had craniosynostosis. She will find out for sure though tomorrow late afternoon since they mentioned it would be 24 hrs to find out.. I am so blessed to have everyone sending prayers. And it has opened my eyes to the pain that others suffer from this form of diagnosis.. It has taught me empathy in this direction.. Thankyou!
Subiectul: Re: Prayers needed for my Friend Elaine
Dolittle: Elaine is doing great.. she was in quarantine (sp?) for 13 days.. back home from the hospital.. it was a close one.. glad she is looking much better..
Today I found out after my daughter took her little guy in for a rash.. the doc did a well check and has told Britt that Lauzlo (my grandson), needs to have a ultrasound of his skull. He noticed the circumfrance of his head and suspects craniosynostosis.
So please say another prayer tonight to give us the strength to be solid and become the support to which is needed at this time for Lauzlo
alanback: Thank you so very much for your sentiment, appreciated, but unfortunately I disagree, for me death is final & this is our only life now. Make the most of everyday & love each other.
Nicely put I feel that every spirit is far too complex, too amazing, too utterly astounding, too "alive" for it to all end here - I believe that we definately do go on, we are too brilliant a "being" to do otherwise, each and every one of us And, that God (or whatever you conceive Him to be), loves us all too much to just let this be it, there's undoubtedly more to come
Ewe: It should be comforting to know that the apparent finality of death is only an illusion. It is due to the limitations of our earthbound perception. Death is more like graduation -- a transition to a higher plane. God bless your family.
Tuesday: Hi! WOW Yes!! I said exactly the same thing!!
She had suffered this last year, so Im relieved she has no more pain. I will miss her. I dont cope with death very well at all, its too final & it scares me.....as I suppose it does most of us. My Grandmother had a long life though so I have to be thankful for that
