This is not a debate board. I read this board to see the newest fellowship ads. The debate on the rules does not deal with fellowships so move it someplace else.

Actually the debate about what can and can not be done with Fellowship post seems to be about Fellowships!

Maybe in the next couple of days once people have the answers that they need, the Moderator can go through and clean up all these messages and just point them to the user agreemenet which has the correct rules which should be followed.

Just who are all the Brainking Representatives and where are they listed on this site?
Also, If Fencer is the one who made site rules, it should be up to him alone as to deciding how the rules were broken, who broke the rules and the punishment for breaking the rules. Fencer alone should decide what is best for his site....after all, he is the Creator. The Brainking Representatives are the site's "watchdogs" which should give them the right to report their findings to Fencer. Fencer should have the final say as to what the punishment should be.

No big cover up. I've said I'll pass the name along. Not that it would really matter, enough people were unhappy that if it hadn't been one person, it would have been another.
Ughaibu, you can't say nobody has a case to answer apart from the person who expressed concerns. Its not ok to talk in this way about women. Thats the bottom line. Not how it got out of the cave. Once people started talking in this way it became the business of the people named in there. And in my personal opinion, the business of every woman here who has a right to know how they are being talked about in this fellowship. But thats just my personal opinion.

Not anymore, it isn't against the rules. This post was saved by the auther, as I understand it, and sent through PM.... I don't think the rules state that you can not send something from a PM to anyone else or post this PM on a board, once it has been PM'd it is fair to post it anywhere or re send it to whomever.

Fencer should be able to run the site as he sees fit. If you don't like that a ban occurred then you can vote by not renewing your membership and
moving to another site that allows that behavior.

I personally glad the vulgar and crude comments are limited here and stopped when they get out of hand. I don't want to see it, I joined the CAVE fellowship and was offended a long time ago. I am not surprised it reached a level that it needed to be removed.

Oh My God!! This is too childish!! The only person who should be banned is in my opinion the "hero" who copied and pasted from "The Cave".
I've dropped in there now and then and read their "boy talk"...very harmless IMO.

I joined a site that I had 100% enthusiasim with,that "was" run by Fencer.
Since this site is no longer run by Fencer...but a hypocrit....I will not be renewwing my membership.

Grow up. Play the games that Fencer has provided. Be polite in the fellowships that Fencer has provided. Fencer has asked that in all aspect of this site, we treat each other with respect. It doesn't matter if everyone can see the trash that has gone on here. It shouldn't go on at all. As bwildman and others have said...If you don't like it don't pay for it.

Please, don't make Fencer waste his valuable time by having to moderate abuse. It just prolongs the much anticipated upgrades.

I find the whole thing repulsive, and an insult to adult women everywhere. Not the cave-talk, which I never saw, as I'm not a member, but the reactions. It should never have left the cave. Those who were offended with the banter within the cave should have left the cave. It's easy enough: There's a link on each fellowship homepage, "remove me...".. do so and stop whining.

Everywhere before this, all I've seen from Fencer is, "It is up to the BigBoss who and what is allowed within his/her fellowship." This is apparently not the case. It's disgusting.

humm mabye disable the right-click in the fellowships, it's easy to do, one line of HTML. (I know there's ways around this, but it would stop SOME of it anyway)

well we could always move our questionable boards off-site. I have 3 phpbb boards right now. it's super easy to do and only needs a php server with mySQL. Hey, I've got one of those lol. If fencer would be so kinda as to let us put links in the right side for the ones we are members of (in with the fellowships) then this whole problem would be solved. Just a thought.
