rod03801: I GUESS IM BLAMING FIREFOX SIMPLY BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE ANY OF THE PROBLEMS IM HAVING NOW BEFORE THE LAST UPDATE

(V): IM USING FIREFOX NOW FOR ONCE IT HASNT CLOSED DOWN ON ME BUT IVE HAD 6 DIFFERENT POP UP PAGES IN THE 5 MINS IVE HAD IT RUNNING
IM DOING A FULL SCAN OVERNIGHT BUT I STILL RECKON ITS TO DO WITH FIREFOX ITSELF

I SHOULD ADD THAT POP UP BLOCKER IS ENABLED ON FIREFOX

I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS USING GOOGLE CHROME

EVERY SINCE THE LAST UPDATE
I HAVNT BEEN ABLE TO USE FIREFOX FOR MORE THAN A FEW MINS
IT EITHER CRASHES OR I GET A LOAD OF POP UPS

I ACTUALLY THOUGHT FIREFOX WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE FROM ALL POPUPS

SO IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME SHOULD I DELETE FIREFOX 3 AND RELOAD IT AGAIN

MadMonkey: Ian can you tell me after the last firefox update why it keeps closing down saying its doing it because ive entered a web site that could lead to my computer becoming infected

by the way the web site is facebook/packrat

puupia: im wanting to put some of my Snoopy pictures on to graphs

tell me a program for Vista for graphs

but ever since i downloaded the http://free.avg.com/download-file-stb-afe this morning
firefox has frozen solid twice so far very annoying has ive got to reboot every time

i should add its only happening on firefox i can use google with 3 windows open and its fine

MadMonkey: the only reason i got this new pc was because i lost the use of my smilies on the old one
but it was at the time that shops were not selling any more XP's so i didnt really have any choice but if i had waited another month they scrapped that idea

MadMonkey: and thought its worth a try, especially if Windows 7 is as bad as Vista

really ive been using Vista for over a year now and i havnt had one problem with it

can you tell me what problems Vista is suppose to have so i know what to look out for?

Binabik: funny you should mention that has i had a similar problem last week with FF i removed it and reloaded it and its working great again now

Czuch: ive just got one problem with it
freezes up when downloading computer games which is very annoying

2 i think it was but tonight using Safari ive managed to make more moves in 2 hours than i did for a week using Firefox

MadMonkey: i think it should be pointed out if im reading it correctly that download day dosnt actually start until Time is fixed on Tuesday, 17 June 2008, 10:00 San Francisco time which means in the UK ppl shouldnt download it till after 6pm tonight

Fencer: i cured mine by turning the game notation of..lol
but so far on beta 5 it hasnt happened to me either

is anyone else who is using firefox 3 getting bouncy pages
or just me its mostly on game pages they bounce to the right alot

testing it and reporting bugs
its now on beta 4 and this version has been freezing up dozens of times each day

rod03801: yes your right there are very few addons that work with this version yet

ive been using this for months now
even thou its not officially released yet but i wondered if anyone knew of any add ons i could use
