The aim for this board is to let you all know whats going on around the world in the motoring department on land, sea, and air whether it is comercial, social or competition.
Also a way for us to learn about the motoring trade etc in various countries.
Also, if you need help or advice in any areas, then you may be able to ask a question here and get an answer. There are many on here who may be able to help.
For a start, with cars there is myself aswell as others, and with boats there is Bwildman, and with air then thers...ummm..well...ummmm...Dick dastardly LOL hopefully someone may come to surface now the board is here LOL
My motoring club along with others are doing a charity thing just before christmas, so we are collecting money that will go towards presents that we will be taking and delivering to a few local sick children hospitals (its called Santa Cruise).
If anyone is willing to donate a couple of pounds/euro/dollars etc towards this but would like to see what was done last year, pm me. I can collect via paypal.
Some of you will know my daughter died, so this is a charity event close to my heart.
Some *useful person* cut me up, I use that easily detachable U-lock so I smashed all his windows, lights, dragged him from the car ripped up his seats married his girlfriend patented his chess variant as a chess perversion went home and cried to mother.
How can I find out more about this charity event?? I'm really sorry to hear about your daughter. My brother's son died and I've watched how deeply it affected he and his wife. That's a tough thing to go through.
My second replacement engine hasnt turned up yet, but a front strut brace i ordered from somewhere else has, so I went to put it on and it doesnt fit LOL

Toyota Trek then click on Telethon 2004 then Toyota Trek 2004.
Telethon is an annual fundraising event (has been for the past 30 odd years) held here in Perth and hosted by one of the local tv stations.
BTTC championship down to the last round at Donington, then went down to last race of the three today, and James Thompson won the championship by 1point because in final race he got 1 point for fastest lap :oD
And yayyyyy M.Shuemacher didnt win the F1 race at Shanghai LOL
I'm from the USA and I very well know about the first auto races in this country.....THE VANDERCUP RACE Held on Long Island NY. I also know about the first car in the USA which ran and won the first country race.....NOT A FORD like everyone thinks, but a STEVENS DURYEA.....ALSO, the first car in the USA and NOT THE FIRST ASSEMBLY LINE CAR MANUFACTURED....which is the Ford Motor Car. Anyone heard of the HERSHEY, PA CAR MEET....I upholster early cars and have had many first prize Hershey winners.
GOt to get to my photo albums of cars I own and cars I've done for customers Being a webtv user, I guess I best publish a web page. Want my bear on my breezeway with his hand on my window pictures also?????
J. Frank Duryea was a neighbor of my husband's growing up down at the Connecticut shoreline. He helped my husband purchase one of formerly owned 1903 Steven's Duryea which we re-furbished completely. The next Steven's Duryea we re-did was for J. Frank's Grandson.....he owns a 1904.
The courier told the supplier he didnt put a label on it LMAO
I take it that 2 scoob engines have just been sold off the back of a lorry sort of thing.
The supplier laid a bit of abuse into the guy (same one picked up each time) and has put 4 labels onto this one and told him to lose this one would not be too clever LOL
I'm in the process of rebuilding a 900cc tigershark pwc engine. What a pain in the hiny! This thing gulped 2 sets of reeds, and must have ingested 3 gallons of water!
I keep telling folks..."2 things you cant get wet...boats,and boat mechanics" ;-)
