It will let me remove players that are signed for the Team BUT NOT entered in a Tournament though. Now, i can still remove players from the Team, well the option is there anyway, i have not tried as i do not want the poor system to break  So it seems, it will only take the option away from a Boss or Captain IF they are in the selected Team Tournament.
