Aside from being obnoxious, it means that some opponents won't be moving very often in those "7 day" games that you were talking about. I won't be accepting anything but short time limits until this is fixed for that very reason. Plus, be sure you log in to the right place. The "self registration" area fools some people into thinking that's where you log in. It's actually way below that, under the past comments. It is likely that people find out that some functions don't work properly but the most important functionality (play games) is not affected by any changes. It would be too risky to make too many changes as a one big update, and bugs are always around. I expected to see some problems...but as of yet, I have not encountered any in my regular game playing. I think Fencer is doing a wonderful job on keeping this site in good shape and I thank him for all his hard work in doing so.
